As per the following specification :- (i) Transporting to workshop including loading and unloading, dismantling and cutting out burnt winding and cleaning the slots by cleaning re-agent and repair to damage stator slots. (ii) Rewinding to submersible motor with suitable size of super enamelled copper conductor as per existing size and gauge and insulating materials. (iii) Replacement of thrust bearing – 01 No. (iv) Replacement of bushes of rotor – 02 Nos. (v) Replacement of thrust Plate and ped plate – 01 No . (vi) Turning, polishing of Rotor & shaft (Lathe work) (vii) After repairing of motor re-assembling, painting, transporting back to P/H including loading and unloading, refixing on the same base and testing complete.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate elecrode of size 60 cm x 60cm x 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 mtr below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level. Earth plate surrounded by 15mm thick packed alternative layers of charcoal dust and comman salt, connected with GI strip 25x4mm by means of bolts , nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron with thimbles. Pipe shall be provided vertically upto top level of earth pit and then taken horizontally to the equipment. Cement concrete chamber of PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate.The chamber shall be constructed one metre away from edge of earth pit. 50 mm thick pre cast cover of cement conrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, excavation in soft / loose soil, returning filling and removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50 mm all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge and shown in Electrical Plate No- 3 of SSR Part-1 (2009).

Material and Labour for Mild Steel ERW (Electro Resistance Welded) pipe with flanged ends suitable for Column Pipe of bore dia 200mm,8 mm wall thickness including gasket, bolts and nuts for fixing and taking out of old pipes complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. [Note: The pipes should be in 3.0 mtr length with both side flanged suitable for column pipe for Bore well]

Material and Labour for Mild Steel ERW (Electro Resistance Welded) pipe with flanged ends suitable for Column Pipe of bore dia 150mm,8 mm wall thickness including gasket, bolts and nuts for fixing and taking out of old pipes complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. S&F in replacement of single phase preventor relay of capacity 0-240 amps, with adjustable time delay 30 sec to 5 min suitable for 415 volt AC, including internal wiring from switchgear to relay in existing panel including taking out of old one all as specified and directed.

M&L Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out including forming bottom surface etc in loose/soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

Taking of water sample, from tubewell and location indicated by Engr- in Charge and carried out Physical, Chemical and Becteriological test from Authorised govt institute/Branch complete all as specifid and directed
