Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam satisfacation including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with -3 wheeled steel /vibratory roller 8-10 Tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and booming requisite type of screening/ binding materials to fill- up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per MORTH specification clause 404 by manual means WBM Grading -III within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction and entire satisfacation of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (Medium setting) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70- 1.00 Kg. (Zero point seventy - One point zero Kilogramme ) per square metre using mechanical means as per MORTH specification clause 502 within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (Medium setting) using emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.25 to 0.30 kg. (Zero point twenty five to zero point thirty kilogram ) per square metre on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical brooms as per MORTH technical specification clause 503 within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 30mm(Thirty millimetre) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75(Seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading-II 13mm(Thirteen millimetre ) nominal size premixed with bitumen (VG-10) @ 5.4(Five point four) to 5.6 (Five point six ) percent of weight of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete including profile correction layer and patching of pot holes in all respect within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint compound 2.5mm(Two point five millimetre ) thick and 0.10 (Zero point ten) wide strips cunete line/edge line/ zabra crossing including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms (Two hundred fifty grams ) per square metre area thickness of 2.5 mm(Two point five millimetre ) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be leveled uniform and free from streaks and holes within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.
