Taking down of existing unserviceable Street Light/Flood Light of any type and any make from pole at any height complete after removing from existing bracket and re-fixing the same after necessary repair/ replacement of unserviceable Light with new fittings/component/led driver/loose cable etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Replacement and fixing of unserviceable component etc required will be measured & paid separately under respective items of this schedule. (ii) Fitting shall be connected with existing electric wire / cable, in case of existing wire / cable found unserviceable same shall be measured and paid in relevant items. (iii) Any type of Ladder for dismantling and refixing of light from pole at any height shall be arranged by the contractor. (iii) Complaint slip book, complaint register and ladder and T & P shall be provided by the contractor (iv). Complaints of street/flood lights shall be done on daily bases and after completion the complaint slip deposited to concern JE E/M.).

Supply only LED driver for street Light 20 to 45W as per sample or directed . Make : CG / Havells/ Philips/ Wipro/Bajaj/C&S.

Supply only LED driver for street Light 60 to 90W as per sample or directed . Make : CG / Havells/ Philips/ Wipro/Bajaj/C&S.

Supply only LED driver for street Light 90 to 150 W as per sample or directed . Make : CG / Havells/ Philips/ Wipro/Bajaj/C&S.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n exc 1.5 mtr in width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out all as required for laying of cables, foundation filling of poles or stays and for rerouting of cables.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 3.0 mtr in depth for foundation. (Laying of under ground cables) in hard/dense soil and getting out all as directed.

Returning filling, in including spreading ,leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each all as required.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm, thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable

M&L for Sub class ‘B’ bricks old size laid dry flat over the cable abutting each other, sum of width of all bricks shall be equal to length of cable laid in trenches all as directed.

M&L for drilling manually in soft / loose soil under road / hard standing / culvert / nala of suitable bore for cable protection pipe upto 80 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Depth of bore shall not be more than 1 Mtr from original ground level.

Taking out carefully unserviceable LT UG cable up to 50Sqmm from trenches and relaying same after repairs in same or other indicated location and testing on completion complete all as directed.( Note: Earth work, sand, brick protection shall be measured and paid separately)

Disconnecting electrically and taking out old unserviceable LT UG cables any type of size 6 Sqmm to 16 Sqmm all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying to wall or poles or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium multistranded conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or strip and overall PVC sheathed 10 sq. mm nominal cross section 2 core in service connections all as required and directed. (Note : Incl making good all disturbed wall surfaces/ flooring/tilling to match with existing specification)

Disconnecting electrically and taking out old unserviceable LT UG cables any type of size 25 Sqmm to 50 Sqmm core all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches or fixing to wall/pole or passing through pipe PVC insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core. (Note : Incl making good all distributed wall surfaces/ flooring/tilling to match with existing specification)

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out old steel tubular pole any size/ length and making good all disturbed surface to match with existing specifications all as directed.

Supply, erecting and installation of steel tubular, swaged, pole of overall length 9 meter having maximum tensile strength 42 Kgf/sqmm of type 410 SP-31 conforming to IS-2713-1980, single swan neck made out of 50 mm dia MS pipe 1.5 mtr long to be jointed on top of LT pole incl fabrication work for fixing street light. Disconnecting electrically, dismantling and taking out existing street light junction box any size/type from PCC/steel pole and refixing on same pole with flat iron clamps of size 25 x 3mm, nuts, bolts, washers etc after repair including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on iron/steel parts and making electrical connection complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for painting of steel pole (swan neck type or straight type) up to 12 mtr height with cross arms, clamp of any length and shape for LT overhead line / for street light with two coat of aluminium paint after scratching out old paint, cleaning and existing surface rust free, preparation of the existing surface, including marking pole numbers in a 20 cm dia yellow circle with number writing with black syenthic paint & painting strips in alternate from bottom to top with three strips of black synthetic paint & two strips of yellow fluorescent paint (up to 1.5 mtr height) through out the circumference of pole (width of each strip shall be of 30 cm), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cement concrete in ground floors and paving for making trench for laying XLPE cable etc including removing the debris from the site

Material & labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1, using 20 mm grade stone aggregate for filling the pavings / trenches / foot path etc complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing of street/flood light fittings any type received from srl item No 60 on pole/wall in same or other location and connecting electrically with the wire 1.5 Sqmm twin core all as specified and directed.

Refixing of pipe/street light bracket with nut, bolts, washers and clamps any type received from srl item No 61 on pole/wall in same or other location all as specified and directed.
