Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced), of any description & in any position (below or above ground level), not exceeding 15cm thickness, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Reinforced), of any description & in any position (below or above ground level), not exceeding 15cm thickness, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement or cement lime mortar , including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre deep for foundations etc. or for cesspits etc. and not exc. 10 Sq. m on plan and not exc. 1.50 metre in depth and getting out complete, all as specified.

All as per item No. 04 here in before but exceeding 1.50m and not exceeding 3.0m in depth and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, of soft/ loose soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each complete, all as specified.

Removing excavated materials exceeding 250m not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point in soils, complete all as specified.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt grazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, internal dia of pipe 150 mm, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in foundations, filling, sub base and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

M&L for Concrete bed to drain pipe with PCC (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates, including packing under and haunching against the sides for SGSW pipe of bore 150 mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

M&L for Salt glazed stone ware drain pipes Grade ‘A’ of 150 mm internal dia, laid and jointed with cement joint and tested, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

M&L for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, pipe of size 150 mm dia pipe making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1, smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

M&L for Providing cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0, (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates), as in manhole benching, coping including forming channels, finishing even & smooth (using extra cement), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge. (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates), as in precast manhole/ drain covers,set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.(Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate), louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (mea sured solid), including all mould- ings but excluding frame, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending etc., and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius in cement mortar (1:6), using old size bricks, complete all as specified.

All as per item No. 17 here in before but except bricks. Note :- Old bricks obtained from demolition shall be used under this item

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel /fibre sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, sunshed etc fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc.

M&L for Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces, etc, any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4 ) finished even and smooth, without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for keyed pointing in cement mortar (1:4) to new brick masonry wall including racking out joints, complete all as speecified and directed.

Raking out joints/pointing of old brick masonry wall and Material and labour for keyed pointing in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as speecified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floors/hard standing, etc, laid in approved size panels, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glass dividing strips 3mm thick, 38mm wide inserting in position confirming to design or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid dry and pointed in floors, aprons etc.

Material and labour, factory made, precast concrete, machine pressed, interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS : 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and pigment (in top layer), coloured, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25mm thick fine sand cushioning and joints filled with fine sand, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 300mmx300mmx25mm/400mm X400 X25mm thick, factory made, ISI marked (IS 13801-1993), with grey cement & pigment, laid with neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm over & including 20mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6), pointed in white cement with matching colour pigment, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8), type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in mud stops, sides of interlocking pver blocks and similar work, finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down hanging mild steel gate not exceeding 1.50 Sq.m each and refixing in the same opening after carrying out necessary repair work with welding such as change of rusted hold fast, hinging device, pintol hinges, pivotel and locking arrangement, PCC of hold fast etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts,with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel rolling shutters,1.25mm laths thickness with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete: push pull or manual type complete all as specified.

M&L for repair to existing rolling shutters by repair/replacement of roller springs, locking device,laths etc if required as per site including necessary cleaning, welding, oiling greasing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L cutting hole in brick wall built in cement mortar exc half brick but n.exc one brick wall inserting holdfast and making good in cement 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified

Preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified.

Preparation of new wall surfaces plastered or unplastered and applying two coat of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls & applying one coats of cement base paint all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of newly plaster surfaces of wall applying two coats of first quality weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Weather proof exterior emulsion paint and primer shall be of same manufacturer.

M&L for complete removal of old painted surfaces of wall applying two coats of first quality weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Weather proof exterior emulsion paint and primer shall be of same manufacturer.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 45940.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No 107 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
