Providing weepholes in brick masonry/ stone masonry, plain/ reinforced concrete abutment wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe or PVC pipe (110 mm OD of 6.0 kg/cm2 pressure) extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(V): 20(H) towards dfrawing face complete as per drawing and MoRD technical specification Clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7.

Backfilling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings, clause & technical specification Clause 1204.3.8.

Providing and laying filter media with jhama brick aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall return wall to the full height, compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and MoRD technical specification Clause 1204.3.8.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position ture to line and level POT-PTFE bearing consisting of a metal piston supported by a disc or unreinforced elastomer confined within a metal cylinder, sealing rings, dust seals, PTFE surface sliding against stainless steel mating suface, complete assembly to be of cast steel/ fabricated structural steel, metal and elastomer elements to be as per IRC: 83 part-I & II respectively and other parts conformaing to BS: 5400, section 9.1 &9.2 and clause 2006 of MoRT&H Specifications complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications Clause 2004.

Supplying, fitting & placing Thermo-Mechanically treated bar/ Clod twisted deformed steel bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawings & MoRD technical specification Clauses 1002, 1010, 1202.

Construction of RCC railing of M-25 Grade in Situ with 20mm nominal size aggregate,true to line and grade 30,tolerance of verical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500 centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000 mm including re-inforcement as per drawing and MoRD specification clause 800,900,and 1208.3(including centering shuttering stagging etc and reinforcement)

Providing and fixing in position drainage spouts complete as per drawing and MoRD technical specifications clause 1209.

Providing and laying cement concrete wearing course M-30 Grade reinforcement concrete as per drawings and MoRD Technical Specification clauses 800,1206.3(Including centering, shuttering,Stagging etc and reinfoorcement)

Painting two coats includings primer coat after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paints in all shades on new plastered/ concrete surfaces as per drwings and MoRD technical specification Clause 1701.

Supplying and fitting strip Seal type elastomeric expansion Joints of approved design & make as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 2600 of MoRTH with all lifts & lead upto 1000 m.
