Demolishing brick work built in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) derived from natural sources complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L TMT   Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for fly ash brick work withOld size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling old plaster any type, dado or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Fine Sand) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 6mm cement plaster in CM 1:3 on ceiling surface/concrete surfaces all as specified.

M&L for applying two or more coats of luster paint over a coat of primer on new wall/ceiling surfaces, using 1st quality acrylic luster paint (ready mixed), low VOC content not exceeding 50 gms/litre, washable, stain-resistant, non-fading, smooth finish, of approved shade and colour, complete all as per manufacturer’s specifications and as directed. (Make : Asian Paints Royale Lustre Luxury Emulsion or equivalent)

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old wall/ceiling surfaces, preparation of surfaces including scraping, cleaning, applying 3mm thick cement-based wall putty, a coat of primer, and two or more coats of 1st quality acrylic luster paint (ready mixed), VOC content not exceeding 50 gms/litre, washable, stain-resistant, non-fading, smooth finish, of approved shade and colour, complete all as per manufacturer’s specifications and as directed.
