Dismantling of galvanised mild steel two strand barbed wire from all existing mild steel or RCC fencing post etc. complete all as directed.

Dismantling security post or struts ( mild steel or RCC) of any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel as in joist, channel, angle or tee section, fixed independently with connecting base plate etc. as in fencing post, strut in replacement of existing RCC fencing post/MS fencing post bend to shape, holes drilled/ notches cut out to receive MS bolts and barbed wire, embeded to concrete including tarring to steel work embeded to concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in founadtion, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 3.15 mm dia, galvanized steel wire chain link fencing 50 mm x 50 mm mesh, including binding wire / line wire etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only 3.15 mm dia, galvanized steel wire chain link fencing 50 mm x 50 mm mesh, fixed to mild steel fencing post with bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (a) Supply of galvanized steel wire chain link fencing and S&F of mild steel round bars, mild steel flats, nuts, bolts & washers will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix for galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2.00 mm dia, barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining, tightening and fixing to MS nibs embedded in pre-cast RCC fencing post or angle iron post, struts, etc. securing and tying at crossing with galvanished mild steel wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Each line wire to be measured separately.

Supply and fix mild steel bolts (machine made) with hexagonal head at one end and screwed the other end, each screw end to be fitted with two washers and one nut hexagonal, dia of shank 12 mm, length of bolt 50 mm to 100 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix 10 mm dia mild steel round bars for stiffener to chain link fencing including necessary cutting bending etc. conforming to Grade-I, IS 432 (Part-I) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for mild steel work such as band, clamps, Flat iron fillet for securing wire mesh, straps, ties etc. and similar works, fabrication for steel sections conforming to Fe-290 (Grade E-165) including necessary welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel or iron surafeces, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel or iron surfaces not exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old RCC fencing post and applying two coat of white wash over old decorated surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old rusted steel or iron angles etc over 10 cm width or girth fixed over security wall and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Painting to be carried out for Angle Irons of RCC Security wall, including making necessary arrangement for removing concertina coil and placing the same in its original position/making good if required as per site condition)

Material & Labour for preparation of old rusted steel or iron angles fixed in fencing posts over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old steel surfaces of chain link fencing and appyling one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note:- Remove all vegetation or climber from chain link fencing prior to applying aluminium paint and cost for removal of vegetation will be included in quoted rate)

Marerial and labour for prepration of plastered and unplastered surfaces of walls after rubbing and cleaning of existing surface with wire brushes and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (weather coat) over a coat of primer in dual pattern , any shade or colour as approved complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for making operational motorised gate of Size 27.00 Mtr x 2.75 Mtr, mounted on wheel track by cleaning the track and taking out all dust outside the track, necessary welding if required to maintain the alignment of wheels with track including material required if any like Angle, Tee, MS Flats, Hollow section etc, including painting to new items to match with existing, oiling/greasing completely all as per site requiremnt and making operational all as directed.

Cleaning of drains by removing silt, taking out brick bats, pebbles, muds, clay sludge etc from the bottom of drain and culvert bed and removing to a distance not exc 50 m and deposited where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for old size old sub class B bricks, laid flat jointed in cement mortar (1:6), as in drain and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) received from dismantling of old brickwork laid flat in floors, channels, kerbs, apron etc(each layer) pointed in any mortar including removing mortars from bricks and reusing them complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for old size sub class B bricks laid flat jointed in cement mortar (1:6), as in drain, and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) after dismantling of bricks laid flat in floors, channels, kerbs, apron etc(each layer) pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for old size old sub class B bricks, laid on edge, jointed in cement mortar (1:6), as in drain and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) received from dismantling of old brickwork laid on edge in floors, channels, kerbs, apron etc(each layer) pointed in any mortar including removing mortars from bricks and reusing them complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for old size sub class B bricks, laid on edge, jointed in cement mortar (1:6), as in drain, and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) after dismantling of bricks laid on edge in floors, channels, kerbs, apron etc(each layer) pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 ( using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundation of surface channels and drain after demolition of plain cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and paving not exc 15 cm in thickness ( below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in coping, benching to manholes,water troughs and like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throathing and including necessary formwork after demolition of plain cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors, paving etc not exc 15 cm in thickness ( below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for flush pointing to bricks on edge paving in cement mortar (1:4) , concrete surface after raking/cutting out joints/pointing to brick work in walls including removing all vegetation from joints or to bricks on edge in surface drain, built in cement mortar not less than 12 mm deep washing the joints, removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for flush pointing to bricks laid flat paving in cement mortar (1:4), after raking/cutting out joints/pointing to brick work in walls including removing all vegetation from joints in surface drain, built in cement mortar not less than 12 mm deep washing the joints, removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing / cleaning of sides and berms of drain by trimming of surfaces and removing all vegetation bushes /small tree n exc 30 cm girth at 1.00 m height from GL and removing to a distances n. exc. 50 mtrs and deposited where directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for brick work with locally available best quality sub class B old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM (1:4) concrete articles after demolition of Brickwork, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finish even and smooth without using extra cement and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Grubbing up tree roots including cutting of root portion protruding over ground, digging out roots, filling holes and levelling of ground ,stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance n exc. 50 m and clearing site complete all as specified and directed for girth of tree exc 30 cm and n exc 100 cm

Taking out sludge and sullage from septic tank/sewage sump/ manholes etc and removing the same to a distance n exc 50 m away from starting point and depositing in excavated pits n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth when the deposited sludge in pit is dry in solid form then measured and covered by ordinary soil to thickness not less than 30 cm from existing ground level including sprinkling of bleaching powder over the area of trenches and on the cleared septic tank and making the sewage line functional after cleaning. (Note: Solid deposits will be taken for measurement purpose after cleaning)

Cleaning of 100 mm bore sewage line/pipe by rodding in to manhole suitable method to clear the sludge/blocking etc logged in side the sewage line and well flushing with water to drain the loose sludge etc inside the sewage line from manhole including removing and refixing the manhole cover size all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 36 here-in-before but in bore 150 mm

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m depth for foundation laying cables etc or shaft,wells,cesspits,manholes.pier holes etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading,levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil under floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for salt glazed stoneware drain pipe 150 mm internal dia grade A laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar after demolition and breaking up drain pipes set in cement mortar

M&L for PCC type C2 (1:3:6) for concrete bed to drain pipes for 150 mm internal dia including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested.

M&L for salt glazed stoneware drain pipe 100 mm internal dia grade A laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar after including demolition and breaking up drain pipes set in cement mortar

M&L for PCC type C2 (1:3:6) for concrete bed to drain pipes for 100 mm internal dia including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested.

Cleaning of Gully trap, nahani trap by taking out blocked wastes/silts and mud including removal and washing down thoroughly for free flowing complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for removing existing sand from front side of range and deposit it for reuse and stacking in trapezoidal shape for measurement all as directed at site.

Labour only for Screening of sand for removing all pebbles, vegetation and debris from sand received from removal and stacking for reuse all as directed at site.

Labour only for mixing of saw dust with fine sand (old sand & new supplied sand both to be used ) and spreading in range as per existing gradient and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on faces other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement after taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and applying three coats of white wash to plastered surfaces on wall, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only for fine sand in 50 kg polybags( sand content not less than 30 kg in each bags) and stacking in range as per direction of Engr-in-charge.
