M&L for complete repairing/ Serviceing of HT 11 KV, 400 Amp Vaccum circuit breaker (VCB) after disconnecting of all incoming and outgoing connection, checking/finding of the defective spare/parts, removing of all moisture content with suitable grade chemical, replacement of rusted nuts, bolts and washer, replacement of all unserviceable post insulator, HRC fuse, push bottom switch, connector, male/ female contactor, relays, charging spring and repair of all busbar joints and covered with HT insulation tape, painting of all internal surface where required and complete external surface as per existing colour and quality, replacement of all defective internal AC/DC circuit wiring, repair/servicing of breaker trolly including motorized operating mechanism, current transformer / Potential transformer, power pack and calibration of triping relays system and tripping mechanism for regulating the fault flow (Over Current, Earth Fault, Differential) in sequence from down stream for receiving Sub station for accuracy and effective functioning of VCB complete all as directed. (Make of VCB installed: Areva). Note: (i) Nuts, bolts, washer, painting, cleaning material, insulation tape, copper wire for circuit wiring, male /female contactor (finger),charging spring and other minor items for repair of VCB shall be deemed included in quoted rate. (ii) Material cost of major unserviceable spares/accessories except mentioned under note (i) shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective items. (iii) During repair work/serviceing work carried out in VCB panel all the existing HT connection/HT cable shall be connected with other VCB for continuous supply to the feeder.

Supply only Digital Ammeter CT operated of size 144 mm x 144mm, suitable for HV panel board 11000 V ranging 0 to 100/50 Amp and 60/30 Amps complete all as directed. Make: AE/Siemens/CG/Recom.

Supply only Digital Volt meter of size 144 mm x 144 mm, suitable for HV panel board 11000 V, ranging 0 to 15 KV (excluding PT) complete all as directed. Make: AE/Siemens/CG/Recom.

Supply only Digital Frequecy meter of size 144 mm x 144 mm, suitable for HV panel board 11000 V, ranging 40 to 200 Hz complete all as directed. Make: AE/Siemens/CG/Recom.

Supply only Epoxy resin cast totaly enclosed dual core type Current transfomer (CT) for protection and measuring of system having ratio of 100/50 : 5 A , Burden-10VA, class-I, insulation level 12/28/75 KV, STC- 18.4 KA for 1 sec as per ISS-2705 and IEC-60044 complete all as directed . Make: Areva(Alstom)/Crompton Greves/Siemens.

Supply only Epoxy resin cast totaly enclosed dual core type Current transfomer (CT) for protection and measuring of system having ratio of 60/30 : 5 A , Burden-10VA, class-I, insulation level 12/28/75 KV, STC- 18.4 KA for 1 sec as per ISS-2705 and IEC-60044 complete all as directed. Supply only Heater 230 volts AC 60 watt as per sample for 11 KV HT VCB panel complete all as directed. Make :Heatco/Vileco Electrical.

Supply only breaker control switch (Trip/Neutral/Close) 40 Amps 660 Volts AC suitable for HT 11 KV VCB panel as per sample existing in VCB complete all as directed. Make : Switron/Recom/Kaycee.

Supply only Neon indicator lamp LED type with high intensity 40-240 volts AC and 40-220 volts DC with holder in different colour complete all as directed. Make:- Vanishns/AE/Recom/L&T

Supply only Hydrographic post insulator suitable for HT 11 KV with both ends with suitable size of bolts for HT busbar junction box complete all as directed.

Supply only limit switch 110 volts operated suitable for HT 11 KV VCB charging motor circuit complete all as directed. Make: BCH/Crompton Greaves/STS./KAYCEE

Supply and errect Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11 metres long) on specified location complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for loose filling with crushed stone aggregate of Size 40 mm to 80 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 30 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as directed.

All as per serial item No. 50 above but exceeding 1.50 metre but not exceeding 3.00 metre in depth.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well rammming in layers not exceeding 25 cms in depth complete all as specified and as directed.
