Outsourcing of services for operation and general maintenance of the following Passenger and Goods lifts in various technical buildings comprising Daily maintenance including cleaning, carrying out minor repairs, periodical services and manual operation of Lifts without damaging the accessories and rescuing the passengers during non function/ availability of ARD complete in General shift of 08 hours duration on all days excluding Sundays & closed Holidays all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge: (a) Passenger lift 1000 Kg capacity of make Johnson in P-4 Bldg. 'A' Block (b) Passenger lift 680 Kg capacity of make Johnson in HR Wing Minimum manpower to be engaged: Two lift operators ( Semi Skilled) in General shift of 08 hours per day on all days excluding Sundays & Public Holidays shall be deployed at Bldg/location as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge to cover the services for the lifts installed in particular Bldg/ location.

Comprehensive/ Periodical servicing of Passenger lift 1000 Kg capacity of make: Johnson in P-4 Bldg. 'A' block comprising all checks prescribed by the OEM for monthly maintenance and carrying out repairs & servicing to all mechanical/ electrical parts, electronic cards, drives, and main hoist motor, door motor along with greasing of the entire lift movable parts, replacement of unserviceable rollers, limit switches, call buttons, display boards including checking all the mechanical, electrical, safety, speed locks, conditional interlocks, load/strain and light sensors for trouble free operation of the lifts including testing, servicing, carrying out necessary repairs for smooth operation of ARD, repair/ adjustments to all the car/ landing doors for smooth operation complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Notes: (i) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include cost of grease, Lubricant oil, consumable cotton waste, thimbles, small pieces of cables, cable lugs, control fuse elements, nuts, bolts, washers, emery papers and other safety items as required during repairs/ maintenance. (ii) Major items/ Spares shall be measured and paid separately as 'Supply only' under relevant items and fixing charges for the same shall be included in the quoted rate.

Supply only Step down transformer 500VA capacity for drive and retiring cam rectifier suitable for Passenger/ Goods lift. [Make: Deepak/ SSPM/ UROFECEECS or equivalent as recommended by the OEM].

Supply only Brake coil 250mm dia 110V/148 ohms coil for operating brake unit suitable for Passenger/ Goods lift. [Make: IES Elevator or equivalent as recommended by OEM]

Supply only Rocker switch, door drive control switch suitable for Passenger/ Goods lift. [Make: RGK India or equivalent].

Supply only Limit switches, protective device to stop lift at terminal floors during over travel suitable for Passenger/ Goods lift. [Make: IES Elevator, Bhomen or equivalent].

Supply only Beak protective device to lock gate/ doors mechanically suitable for Passenger/ Goods lift. [Make: IES Elevator/ EXCEL].

Supply only Contactor 80A, auxiliary DC supply with 2NO+2NC [Make: Siemens/ L&T/ C&S/ TCI]
