Site clearance in soft/loose soil,complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil , complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft/loose soil, including, spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 Metres and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for, broken stone or boulder hardcore of gauge exceeding 63 mm but not exceeding 100mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for,sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation,complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness,laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc.,complete all as directed.

Dismantling bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as directed.

Removing mortar from and cleaning bricks,stacking for measurement including all extra handling and removal and disposing off rubbish for brickwork built in cement or cement lime mortar,complete all as directed.

Desilting of existing drain or channel by taking out deposited mud, silt, waste etc. form bed, including removing mud,silt, waste etc. to a distance not exceeding 50 Metres and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 M above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) Type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in surface channels and drains including demolition of existing cement concrete(un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary from work complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for providing precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate, in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and setting in mortar (1:4) complete with joints to match including demolition of existing reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in landings,cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces,all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately.

Materials and Labour Extra for forming fair finishing to surfaces channels/drain 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct from serial item No 15 here in before for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm for forming fair finished drain or channel in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered /stopped ends etc. complete.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified

Materials and Labour for brick work with Sub Class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4),including demolition of existing brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for,bricks,sub class B,laid flat, in floors,old size bricks,bedded and jointed in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in cement mortar (1:3),complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial Item No.19 Here in Before but except bricks. Note:- Old Bricks obtained from Serial Item No 8 and 9 Here in Before shall be re-used.

Materials and Labour for,bricks,sub class B,laid on edge,in floors,old size bricks,bedded and jointed in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in cement mortar (1:3),complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial Item No.21 Here in Before but except bricks. Note:- Old Bricks obtained from Serial Item No 8 and 9 Here in Before shall be re-used.

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia. and over, cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for 40 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregates,as in as in floor/path,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) Type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregates as in floor/path/ hardstanding, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for,chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and no pigments,20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6),complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Machine Pressed Precast Concrete Interlocking Paver Block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and pigment, laid on pavements, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:6) on surface other than fair face of brickwork or concrete surface in wall,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 10 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with waterproofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement,complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

Materials and Labour for rendering 10 mm thick,cement plaster,in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls including taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.,complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for,preparing new surfaces on walls,plastered or unplastered and applying two coats of cement based paint over and including priming with alkali resistant priming paint,complete all as specified and directed.
