OUTSOURCING OF SERVICES IN MES FOR MAINTENANCE UPKEEPING CONSERVANCY HOUSE KEEPING MES OFFICE MD OTM ACCN UNDER AGE B R VALSURA OF GE I NAVY JAMNAGAR

Provision of services in married and OTM area under GE (I) Navy Jamnagar its sub divisions/ area under its jurisdiction for day to day maintenance and petty repairs for upkeep of Md and OTM Accn. The services will include the following:- i) Registering complaint from users through IVR, Mobile phone, SMS or e-mail and manual registering of complaints at complaint cell. (Note: Provision of communication facilities including all the necessary equipment to supervisors and tradesman will be responsibility of the contractor). ii) Categorization of complaints lodged by users as specified in PS to decide priority. iii) For categories Carpenter, Plumber deployment of qualified tradesman having minimum 1 years experience/skilled person having minimum 5 yrs work experience in day shift for attending complaints as per stipulated time frame to complete the task as per standard practice. For categories mazdoor and Safaiwala persons deployed should be a literate and shall be in a position to receive instructions from Junior Engineer/Engineer-in-Charge (Note: Provision of tools, plants, equipment and safety gears/ equipments to tradesman will be responsibility of the contractor). iv) Monitoring and management of complaints report from generation to execution including pending complaints. v) Upgrading status of lodged complaints before end/ change of eight hour shift. vi) The material required for day to day maintenance & petty repairs shall be issued by the department under free for fixing. The details of material replaced shall be endorsed in the complaint slip. However petty materials like electric tape, wire up to 1.2 m, screw etc as specified and deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. vii) Proper record of services (complaints) received and attended shall be maintained by the contractor for making payments. Carpenter - 02 Nos. - To attend day to day average complaints 8 to 10 Nos. / day on all working days from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs except sundays and National holidays.

Mate Carpenter - 02 Nos. - To assist the carpenter on all working days from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs except sundays and National holidays.

Mate Painter - 01 Nos. - To assist the Painter on all working days from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs except sundays and National holidays.

Provision of services for Conservancy and Housekeeping for MES offices and installations under GE (I) Navy Jamnagar its division/area under its jurisdiction for proper cleaning, sweeping or sweeping / moping of offices and installations and their open areas including re-arranging of furniture, cleaning of toilets including disinfection, disinfection of rooms, cleaning of window panes, door and windows, removal of cob-weds and finally cleaning of roofs and open drain prior to the onset of Monsoon and also data entry, Updating of file system, Printing of drawings and maintenance of offices, lawns, cutting of trees/shrubs and watering of plants and shall satisfy the following:- i) The safaiwala, mazdoor, mali shall be a literate and shall be in a position to receive instructions from Junior Engineer/Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Data Entry Operator shall be well educated and qualified in computer. They will work as per instructions issued by Garrison Engineer. (Note: Provision of tools, plants, equipment and safety gears/ equipments to tradesman will be responsibility of the contractor). Safaiwala (dry) - 05 Nos. They are deploy for cleaning of offices, living rooms, corridors, passages, toilets, store rooms and garages etc. (Area Appx 4400 sqm including GE office, AGE B/R office, AGE E/M office, BSO office, BSO store yard and MT area, etc). on all working days from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs except sundays and National holidays. Note: The Materials required for day to day cleaning shall be issued by Department free of cost.

Data Entry Operator - 02 Nos. - To do the clerical works to carry out the routine correspondences on all working days from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs except sundays and National holidays.
