Supply & Installation of 125 KVA DG Set Supply, Testing & Comissioning of 125KVA Silent Diesel Generator Set, water cooled, developing of CPCB-IV+ ENGINE with 12/24 volt self starter arrangement including rated DC 12/24V battery, mechanical governor with Gen Set controller, natural aspiration having dry tye air filter couled with Alternator capable of developing 125 KVA at 415V 50 c/s 50Hz at 1500 rpm, 3-phase 4-wire conforming to BS EN 60034-1/IS:4722 and will be suitable for tropical condition brushless type, screen protected, revolving field self excited self regulator through AVR, IP protection: 23, permissible overload of 10% for one hour in 12 hrs of operation. Class-H insulation, voltage regulation+1% DG mounted on base with AVM pad complete all as direted adn housed in accoustic enclosure required for Emergency Power Supply along with suitable Control panel, fuel tank, base frame, battery with leads and canopy with AMF Panel.

Installation Earth excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil ( including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone ) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils with in a lead of 75 m as directed . The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches , levelling dressing and ramming the bottom, bailling out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1500 mm.

Single brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Ordinary cement concreat (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement , if any ,in ground floor as per relevent IS codes. (a) River bazree.

Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:6)ln foundation and plinth

Filling in foundation or plinth by fine sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity)

Controlled Cement concrete with well graded stone chips (20 mm graded nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement with complete design of concrete as per IS : 456 and relevant special publications, submission of job mix formula after preliminary mix design after testing of concrete cubes as per direction of Engineerin charge. Consumption of cement will not be less than 300 Kg of cement with Super plasticiser per cubic meter of controlled concrete but actual consumption will be determined on the basis of preliminary test and job mix foumula. In ground floor and foundation. [using concrete mixture] (a) M 20 Grade (Pakur Variety)

Plaster ( to wall, floor ,ceiling etc ) with sand and cement morter including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating , noising drip course, scaffolding / staging where neccy. (ground floor ). [ Excluding cost of chipping over concreat surface) . (a)with 1:4 cement morter 15mm thick plaster.

Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm thick in wall ,dado,window,sills,floor,drain etc.

M.S. Structural works in columns, beams etc. With simple rolled structural members (e.g. Joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)-1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as epr design, direction of Engineer-in-charge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816-1956 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand fonforming to IS: 814-1957, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental charges such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. For Structural Works in Roof Trusses etc using joists, channels and angles of specified section weighing less than 22.5 kg/m.

Galvanised corrugated iron sheet work (excluding the supporting frame work) fitted and fixed with 10 mm dia J or L hook-bolts, limpet and bitumen washers and putty complete with 150 mm end lap and one corrugation minimum side lap (Payment to be made on area of finished work) (GCI sheet to be supplied by contractor). (i) In Roof: (a) With 0.63 mm thick sheet.

Supply and fixing 100mm dia M.S pipe to extend the exhaust pipe line including welding,bend,reducers and all accessories as required at site or as per E-I-C.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the Ground (for Morrum soil)

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos.12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe.

Supplying & fixing sheet metal (16 SWG) Iron Clad Busbar chambers on angle iron frame on wall, incl. earthing attachment and painting as required – (As per Drawing no. 470 of PWD Specification Book – May 1991) 200A Capacity 415 Volt 4 bar AL busbar of bars size 50mmX5mmX1mtr-1 No.

Supplying and fixing 415V, 200A TPN SFU with sheet steel enclosure on flat iron/angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc incl. S & F 3 nos. DIN type HRC fuse as per rating.(L&T)

Supplying & Fixing of 40 mm GI pipe (ISI-M)

Supply and filling of diesel oil for trial run of the set.

Installation of the Generator above the foundation as required .

(a) Supply of Hot dip Galvanized mast of mean height of 12.5 m suitable for mounting LED Flood Light fittings symmetrically. Mast will include heard- frame, lantern carriage with required Luminaire arms suitable for mounting luminaires symmetrically , winch with wire ropes ( 2 w rope system), lightning spike bolted on head-frame, Junction box, trailing cable 5c x 2.5 sq mm cable-1 nos., carriage supports foundation accesories , required no. of foundation bolts + 50% TP +1 Ap. No. of Section 2; Base and Top Outer dia. in OAF is 360mm and 100mm respectively; Thickness of sections 3/3 mm; Base Plate dia. 520x25mm and PCD 45 mm.The slip- stress fit type of joint is provided for sections; Raising/lower speed 3m/min. The lubricant is permanent oil bath of SAE 90/140 type. SS wire rope is AISI 316, 7/19 const. Dia. of rope 5mm and breaking load capacity: 2350kg/rope. (c) Supply of BIS Certified make in India 200W LED Floodlight made of pressure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistant toughened glass. Rated Supply voltage: 240V, 50Hz AC, System Luminous Efficacy> 110 Lumen/Watt, CRI> 70, CCT: 5700K, PF >0.95, THD< 10%. The Luminaire must have IP66 and IK07 protection. The screws and Connections should be corrosion resistant and must withstood an applied torque of 8Nm for five times. The Luminaire should have Provision for earthing with Earth contact Resistance < 0.5 Ohm and Leakage Current <1 mA. The Insulation Resistance Shall be > 2MΩ on application of 500V DC. The LED Driver is BIS Certified Potted Driver of >85% efficiency with 5KV Internal and 10KV External Surge Protection and Protection from Over Voltage, Short Circuit, Open Circuit and Reverse Polarity. The LED Chip is LM80 Certified OSRAM/ LUMILEDs make LED Chip with free all photobiological hazards and a burning hours of L70@50000 Hours. Conforming Standards: IS 10322(Pt.5/Sec.5)-2013. Erection and commissioning of the High Mast with help of suitable equipments by contractor's own arrangement and Supply, erection & design and casting of suitable shallow foundation with 1:2:4 concrete for the High Mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10T/m2 at 2 metre depth.

Sign Board Supply & lnstallation of 6" depth box type M,S. structure duly fabricated &.welded by 40 mm x 40 mm M.S. square pipe 3 mm thick lSI mark frame with back side & four sides covered by 24SWG MS sheet including Aluminium channel and fixing arrangement without ACP sheet includiug painting,. slze :20' x 6.5' to be made such a manner that it can be opened towards up direction for taking maintenance.
