Removing of old u/s top of Draftman Table and S&F of Block board BWR and one side affix with sunmica sheet of teak shade with specification of IS 1659 of 16/18 mm both side laminated with 4mm thick teak wood beading duly polished around the top complete all as specified and directed. Make of board: Novapan/Archid/Bhutan Board/Century Ply/national plywood.

Scrubbing of old paint of draftman table and apply of two coats of Paint over the red oxide giving the finish to original color and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down unserviceable three way locking device & rod set from almirah large steel and S&F of new three way locking device & rod set of existing shape and size complete all as specified on drawing and directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable legs of almirah large steel and S&F of new made of 1mm thick mild steel sheet of existing shape and size,duly painted with two coats of OG synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer paint complete all as specified on drawing and directed.

Locker Steel (FD-1029, 257/ similar pattern): Removal of following existing unserviceable components of Locker Steel or similar MES pattern or similar items carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components including welding ,providing hinges, placing every part in-tactduly painted with two coats of OG synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer paint to the disturbed portion, as applicable as per drgs or as directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F new three in Nos Iron flat size 3'x2''x6mm long to be fixed by drilling on Flat Iron and three whole on each long rail alongwith ply over it and screwed with nut and bolt duly black painted over a coat of red oxide steel primer for fixing by 6 mm dia 1 ½” long bolt of flat head with nut and washer as directed by Engr-in-Charge and two whole on each short rail to give strenthen and screwed the ply with nut and washer and as directed by eng -in-charge. Removal of Niwar and S&F new ply wood 12mm commercial face BWR greade size 1980x900mm (Make Archid/ Century) ISI Marked and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of old niwar and S&F of new Nylon Niwar of reputed brand to be knitted properly and as directed by the engineer-in-charge.

Removal of old broken/damaged Hooks/peg and S &F of new hooks/Pegs as directed by tbe Engineer-in-Charge and the Complete peg set of three to be rubbed to remove the rust and two coat of paint to be apply over a coat of red oxide primer as required.

Taking out old niwar and knitting with new Nylon niwar of branded company.

Removing of rust/old paint and applying of two coat of paint over the coat of red oxide primer to give look of original items and as directed by the engr-in-charge

Bar Stool Removing

Removal of old seat and S&F of new seat of cushion density of 32 and cover to be superior quality of branded company costing not less than Rs. 350 per meter and all essential items required to give the original shape and look of the Bar stool

Removal of rust and old paint and applying of two coat of paint over the coat of red oxide and give high gloss and original look and rest all as per directive of the eingineer -in-charge.

Removing of Old broken/unsv PVC Shoes and S & F New PVC shoes as per existing shape and size as per drg and as directed by engineer in-charge.

Polishing M&L for preparation of old painting/polishing surfaces by scrubbing existing old polished surface with sand paper, cleaning all dust, filler & stop bore holes with pasty filter prepared by mixing plaster of paris water to a creamy consistence and adding raw in quantity required to obtain the desired colour to the base and to allow surface to be dried up and util set aside for 24 hrs for the surfaces to harden, rub the surface with sand paper it is thoroughly smooth and dried to receive a coat of acrylic wood finish polish complete all as specified and as directed at site. Make : Berger/Asian/Shalimar.
