Dismantling floors hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

Demolition of brick/stone work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding washer facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

M&L walling of square rubble, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted , built in CM 1:6

M&L rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:3) on sunken concrete floor surfaces mixed with integral water proofing compound finished even & smooth without using extra cement. Note : WPC shall be measured & paid seperately.

M&L applying bitumen blown any grade, applied hot, two coats, to concrete surfaces at the rate of 1.5kg per sqm per coat.

S&F polythene film, black, 50 micron laid in floors.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:5:10 (type E-2) using 40mm graded brick course aggregate as in sunken slabs, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs vitreous china squatting pattern (IWC) of orissa pattern long pan of size 580mm, white with P or S trap, front or back inlet and footrest complete. Flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density or PVC 32mm dia, for low level cistern.

S&F in repair vitreous china premium/1st quality wash down water closet wall hung EWC white/ivory/off white (closed pattern incl all necessary accessories like rag bolts/gel gasket etc. (including flush pipe) complete in all respect all as specified.

M&L PVC (SWR) floor trap 75mm dia of outlet, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement fixed in repairs.

S&F gratings doom 100mm dia of PTMT (min wt 25 gms).

M&L 15mm thick plastering in 1:6 on brick or stone walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on external surfaces of walls mixed with water proofing compound on stone masonry/concrete surface or brickwalls finished even & smooth without using extra cement. Note : WPC shall be measured & paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

S&F for in repairs of vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back, size 550 x 400mm including waste coupling, waste pipe and labour for fixing pillar tap, PVC connection but including cutting for and pinning in ends of and including brackets complete all as specified and directed. Note : Pillar tap and PVC connection will be measured paid seperately.

S&F in repairs PVC flushing cistern 10 ltrs capacity, low level, white with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets fixed in repairs.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for fixing or removal to store.

M&L galvanised steel tubing 15mm bore of tube medium grade with all fittings fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors.

S&F in repairs bib tap cast copper alloy fancy type chromium plated 15mm bore fixed in repairs.

S&F in repairs stop valves cast copper screwed down high pressure fancy type screwed both ends for pipe or union fixed for 15mm bore fixed in repairs.

S&F for in repairs 15mm, pillar taps fancy type long body chromium plated, cast copper alloy with capston heads, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'hot' or 'cold' with long screwed shanks and flynuts, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size 75mm to 110mm of any pattern) of any description and in any position, including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan necks, etc (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 300x200x7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match. Over rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4.

M&L ranking out joints/pointing to squared rubble masonry coursed or incoursed built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar.

Making arrangement of scaffolding in buildings, cutting of small trees/plants at the stem, removal of the roots of the plants by using acids, cutting around the spot for removing the roots any size and making good with cement mortar 1:3 or with PCC 1:2:4 including finishing with exiting complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on walls any description incl raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white washing all as specified.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 over concrete surfaces (Roof) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified. NOTE : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only”

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked.

M&L for complete removal of existing Old App membrane treatment from roof surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying roof treatment on top of roof with APP modified membrane (minimum 3 mm thick) with non-woven polyster reinforcement/mat (centre core) with thermal insulation with white mineral gravel finish on upper side of membrane laid by torch application method with overlaps 100mm on length side and 100 mm on the width side as per manufacturer’s instructions over and including a coat of approved cold applied bituminous oil based primer (IS- 3384) @ 250 gm/sqm over cleaned roof surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, any capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs of roofs and hoisting if required, reconnecting and refixing in position (Repairs to roofs measured separately).

(Minimum weight of ball valve - 210 gms)

S&F 1000 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top thread type cover), hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I, connecting up pipes including 20 mm bore ball brass valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight of ball valve - 210 gms)

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removing from site.

Taking up or down steel tubing 20mm bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removing from site.

Refixing old steel tubing, 15mm bore, and connections with new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) Note :- Steel tubes obtained from item No. 13 above shall be used under this item.
