Supply and fixing in position exit signage's photo luminescent type with indication arrows and letters Exit/ Fire Exit/ Exit/ Fire fighting Equipment/ Fire Extinguisher/ Floor/No Smoking/ Danger/ Call Point/Sounder Identification Numbers (Ground/1st to Terrace)/ in case of the fire do not use life, use stairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing false ceiling any size and type carefully including its frame and refixing of the same after carried out or successfully installation of fire alarm detection & separation system in given locations complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Rate is deemed to be included for labour charges , T&P. if any damages occurred at the time of dismantling of false ceiling and its frame, Contractor shall provide the same size/ make and type of items to needful the exiting space and no extra payment will me made in this effect.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc all as directed.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core FR PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 V grade multi stranded copper conductor drawn through non metallic rigid PVC conduit concealed and accessories including 1.5 Sqmm dia multistranded copper cable as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly, including Modular metal flush box concealed in walls with Modular suitable plate with cover with suitable screws for housing switches socket outlets fan regulators etc and as directed for the following :-

(a) One fan/light /bell point controlled by one switch/bell push

(c) One switch socket outlet 5 Amps on independent board

(d) One socket outlet 5 Amps on the same board

All as per Item No 46 here-in-before but with 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable including 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper cable as earth continuity conductor for one switch socket outlet 15 Amps on independent board all as directed.

Supply and lay GI water tubing 100 mm bore medium grade galvanized with all fittings like socket union elbow bend tees etc jointed and laid in trenches or floors or fixed to walls/roots etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete all as per Item No. 63 but 50 mm bore medium grade complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix Sluice Valve Class PN 1.6 flanged of dia 100 mm all as specified and directed

M&L for brick masonry valve chambers of internal size of 750mm x 750mm x 600mm with MS sheet cover 3.15mm thick MS angles of suitable size painted in both sides with 2 coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer with locking arrangements including 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 in foundation, 230mm thick brick work in cement mortar 1:4, 10mm thick rendering in cement 1:4 cement mortar 1:4, 10mm thick rendering in cement 1:4 internal and external surface and 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 complete.

M&L for cutting the existing pipe line in position and inserting medium grade ISI marked GI Tee of size 100 x 100 x 100 mm and one number union of 100 mm dia making branch connection all as specified and directed.

M& L for disconnecting all water inlet and outlet connection from the PVC tank of 1KL carefully, drain out water from its, disconnecting all fittings and shifting the same on roof whereas directed and re-connection complete all as specified. Note: Rate is deemed to be included minor spare/ fittings to proper fitting and water supply into tanks.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for laying UG cable not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sq mm 3.5 core all as specified

Supply and lay in trenches burnt bricks sub-class ‘B’ size for cable protection complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling of excavated soil up to a depth of 30cm after riddling the excavated soil for cushioning of cable and refilling of trench with normal excavated soil complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing replacement of MCCB, 415 volts, four pole of capacity 200 Amps, 36 KA, adjustable thermal- magnetic release, including spreader terminals, phase barriers, thimbles of suitable size etc. making electric connections incl cutting cover if required for smooth operation complete all as directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50m and depositing where as directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M & L for RCC M-30 (20mm graded stone aggregate) for slabs supported on walls , beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and like complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M-30 (20mm graded stone aggregate) for walls, retaining walls, basement walls and the like any thickness above top of footings including attached pilasters and like complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bar 6 to 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm including clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs , landings and similar works not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) above 7.5 mtr height complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for formwork to face of walls , retaining walls, abutments, parapets and stair cases and similar works including attached pilasters, buttresses etc vertical or to batter above 7.5m height complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick in cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement with using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 5 mm thick in cement Mortar 1:3 on ceiling surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames (without taking off shutter from the frame) exc 1.5 sq. m but n exc 4 sq. m each complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed .

M &L for Mild steel , plain, black sheet 1mm thick in wall cladding, door shutters, steel gates and similar works, cut to size , holes punched , including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded arms including bending or turning up , mitred angles etc as required complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in bed blocks for fixing hold fast , bed plates for PVC water tank etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.
