BED PLY TOP FD-214, 246 (a) S&F12mm thick plywood BWR Grade, approved quality in single piece as per drawing without any joint to the bed frame with suitable screws wood/steel with cup washer including removal of damaged ply wood all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(b) S&F in repairs to 1st quality teak wood long rail as per existing size of Bed including removal of damaged long rail all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Each long rail will be measured as single unit)

(c) All as per item No. 1 (b), but short rail all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Each short rail will be measured as single unit)

(d) S&F in reapirs to head board consisting of 60 x 30 x 260mm vertical size and 30 x 60 x 400mm horizontal including legs of size 60 x 60mm in section at top and length 400mm from bottom of leg and 30 x 30mm in section at bottom complete including removal of damaged head board all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(e) All as per item No. 1 (d), but foot board consisting of 22 x 75mm in section teak battens 3 Nos at equal space, joining top and bottom horizontal rails of foot board. The top and bottom horizontal rails of size 30 x 60mm shall be 1st quality of teak wood. The vertical legs above horizontal rails shall be 30 x 60mm all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(f) S&F in reapirs to new 1st quality teak wood stiffeners of size 40 x 60mm complete including removal of damaged stiffiners all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(g) S&F in reapirs to 4mm thick OST plywood commercial of size 780 x 340mm including 12mm dia half round teak wood beading of both side of head board including removal of damaged ply all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(h) S&F in reapirs to 4mm thick OST plywood commercial of size 780 x 180mm including 12mm dia half round teak wood beading of both side of foot board including removal of damaged ply all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(j) S&F in repairs to flat iron of mild steel clamps of size 35mm x 5mm, bents to right angle on each corners of Bed ply top all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

CHARPOY GI PIPE PLY TOP FD-220 (a) S&F in repair 12mm thick plywood as per IS:303 BWR Grade, approved Make in single piece as per drawing without any joint to the charpoy G I pipe ply top with suitable steel nut & bolt with washer including removal of damaged ply wood all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make- Green ply/Archid.

(b) Reassembling/Tightening the loose components of frame including welding of broken existing MS flat iron stiffners to the long rails before fixing of ply top with frame of charpoy GI pipe ply top complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

(c) S&F in repair MS flat iron stiffener of size 35x5mm made in half round shape fit to long rails as per requirement including welding to long rails of charpoy GI pipe ply top duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

(d) S & F in repairs 32mm dia ISI medium grade of approved make, long rail for GI Chapoy pipe including removing unserviceable long rail, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(e) Making short rail for GI Charpoy obtained from item No.(d) above here-in-before cut in to length and threading including removing of existing unserviceable short rails all as specified and directed.

(f) Making leg for GI charpoy from short rail obtained from item No. (e) above here-in-before end threading other end provided with MNF clamp suitable for 19mm dia conduit pipe 3mm base plale welded at bottom and fixed in repairs as required as per drg.

Note :- (i) Each cushion for seat or back will be measured as single unit. (ii) The tapestry cloth shall be mat finish and shall not less than Rs. 350/- per metre and as approved by GE.

(d) Removing existing unserviceable Arm rest from Sofa and providing new first class teak wood Arm Rest of size 35mm x 70mm x 725mm, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(e) Removing existing unserviceable side rail from Sofa and providing new first class teak wood side rail of size 35 mm x 100mm x 725mm, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
