OD299912/2024-2025:Supply, conveyance, installation, testing and commissioning of Indoor type Unitised Substation comprising of H.T panel trunked with 200 KVA , 11 kV/433 V, 50 Hz, 3 phase , Delta/Star connected Dyn11 , Resin cast copper wound transformer. OFF load tap changing facility shall be incorporated so as to achieve tap position of +5% to -5% in steps of 2.5% with winding temperature indicator and hooter, LV side cable box and HV side terminal connected to 11 kV VCB panel . The core shall be made of laser scribed core. Class 'F' insulation level shall be maintained. The transformer shall confirm to IS 726 and IS 11171/1985 reaffirmed in 1991 . H.T. Portion ---- (1) 1 No 11K.V, 630A, 23.6 kA for 3 sec. Horizontal draw out VCB with manual / motor operated spring charging mechanism with 230 V AC motor and motor control switch , shunt trip coil of 24 V DC , closing coil of 24 V DC , auxiliary contact 2 NO+2 NC , mechanical ON/OFF indicator , mechanical operation counter , protection CT ---/5A, 5P10, 15VA and PT , instantaneous IDMT relay with microprocessor based 3nos O/C and 1 no E/F protection relay , strip heater with thermostat , digital ammeter and digital voltmeter , power pack 230 V AC , 24 V DC emergency OFF push button with provision for fixing TOD meter. (TOD meter and CT, PT unit compartment shall be so fabricated so as to enable the K.S.E.B authorities to seal it). LT Portion ---- The LT portion shall be provided with 1No 320A, 4 pole 50Hz MCCB (of approved make ) having Isolation duty 3 OL & 1 E/F release , standby lowest E/F relay using CT at neutral earthing . All inter connection from HT VCB to transformer and to LT breaker shall be given using electrolytic copper bus bar insulated with heat shrink sleeves and tinned at the point of contacts. All internal earth connections are to be given as per standards. Necessary protection shall be made for giving cable connections on the HT side as well as HT side. Phase barriers and shrouding as per rules has to be given. The enclosure shall comply to IP standards for outdoor installation and shall be powder coated over suitable primer after seven tank processing. The enclosure shall comply to IP standards made of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet and shall be powder coated over suitable primer after seven tank processing. Necessary test certificates as per relevent IS are to be produced. The USS shall be installed as per the directions at site.

OD299932/2024-2025:Supply , Conveyance, errection , testing and commissioning of approved make HT TOD meter of accuracy class 0.2 S with necessary test terminal block (L&T or equivalent make) in the existing meter box after submitting the test certificate from KSEB TMR Division giving all connections etc. as required. (excluding testing fees & Calibration of TMR including Statutory charges and transportation )

OD179/2025-2026: Supplying, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of indoor type CTPT unit with bushing as per KSEB standard consist of following: CT Ratio - -/5A 10 VA Class - 0.2 S CTs 3 Nos 11KV/110V 25VA 0.2 S CLASS PT: 1 Nos. CTPT unit as per KSEB standards and excluding testing at KSEB TMR unit and giving connection etc as required.

OD187/2025-2026:Supply & laying of one No. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium power cable of 11 KV grade of the following sizes in the existing RCC / DWC pipe / masonry open duct as required. 3 core 300 sqm stranded compact circular aluminium conductor, conductors screened with extruded semi conducting compound XLPE insulated, insulation screened with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape (0.3KA for I sec.) cores laid up. inner sheath of PVC tape, galvanized steel flat strip armoured, and overall PVC sheathed cable conforming to IS: 7098 part II 1985 with latest amendments.

OD185/2025-2026:Supply, laying and clamping of 1 no. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium power cable, 11 KV grade of the following sizes using clamps noted along with the cables, spacing of clamps not exceeding 60cms, making good the damages , colour washing etc. as required 3 core 300 sqm stranded compact circular aluminium conductor, conductors screened with extruded semi conducting compound XLPE insulated, insulation screened with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape (0.3KA for I sec.) cores laid up. inner sheath of PVC tape, galvanized steel flat strip armoured, and overall PVC sheathed cable conforming to IS: 7098 part II 1985 with latest amendments

10.2.4:Supplying and making outdoor cable end jointing with cast resin compound, including lugs and other jointing materials, for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required:300 sq. mm

10.4.4:Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required:300 sq. mm

90.14.1.2:Fabrication, supply, conveyance, installation testing and commissioning of floor or wall mounting, dust and vermin proof, cubicle type MV panel board comprising of the following components/ devices & complying to IS 8623. Fabrication of fully partitioned, dust and vermin proof enclosure for panel assembly as per form 4 of IS 8623 (with latest amendments) using CRCA sheet as per approved design and requirement, with front and rear access facility, bus bar chambers, hinged doors for all switch gear compartments, earthing the doors using 4 sq mm braided copper conductor, providing necessary cut-outs for mounting meters, relays, indication lamps, bus bar interconnection etc, detachable covers for bus bar chamber and cable alley, powder coating the assembly after subjecting to 7 tank process etc as required. CRCA sheet alone be used for the fabrication. Angles/ flats/ slotted angles etc shall not be used for the fabrication of panel assembly. The measurments will be taken the area of the complete sheets used for panel board including partitions, folding, shrouding etc.Supply and fabrication of MV panel board using 1.6mm CRCA sheet, powder coated (excluding base frame)
