Cutting in earth work in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil, blasting soft/ hard rock or chiselling soft/ hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides levelling of beds to correct grades including shoring, strutting, planking, timbering where ever required, stacking the serviceable/ unserviceable materials/soil separately complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in earth work in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, soft and hard rock and disposal of all excavated earth up to all leads and lifts, disposed earth to be levelled neatly dressed as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1Cement: 5Sand: 10Graded stone agg.40mm nominal size)& curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1Cement: 4Sand: 8Graded stone agg.40mm nominal size)& curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1Cement: 3Sand: 6Graded stone agg.40mm nominal size)& curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 ( 1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work in :-

Foundation and plinth complete as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Prov.form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron frame 30 x 30 x 5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering,strutting & propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping & centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtr.& removal of same for insitu rainforced concrete and plain concrete work complete in all leads and lifrs and as per the directioin and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge :-

Flat surfaces such as soffits & suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like. Floor etc. upto 200mm in thickness.

Vertical surfaces such as walls ( any thickness ) partition and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Boulder filling behind R/wall, B/wall properly hand packed in all leads & lift as per direction of Engineer-in charge

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure ( above plinth) with cement mortor 1:4 ( 1 cement:4 sand) complete in all leads and lifrs and as per the directioin and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge :-

Finishing pillar with red terra coat approved brand & manufacture and required shade on undecorated wall surface ( two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt dust & remains of loose powered materials complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge :-

Painting two coat or previously painted with paint coat excluding priming coat on new steel and another metal surfaces either anamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foregn matters complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge :-

Providing laying ,spreading and compacting stone agg. Of specific sizes of water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber , applying and brooming stone screening/ binding materials to fill up the intertics of course agg. watering and compacting to the required density grading 1 as per technical specification clause 405

Bituminous Macadam

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregate of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto a lead of 100 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the reqired grade , level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desire compaction as per mechnical specification clause 504

Tack Coat

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen imultion(RS-1) using imultion distrbutor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sq.m on the prepared bitumen surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503

20 mm thick open graded permix carpet using bitumen

Providing laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared laying androlling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat of either type B or Type-C as per technical specification clause-508

Seal Coat

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bitumen surface laid to the specified levels grade andcoss fall using type A )

Construction of Sewage Teatment Plant of 0.50 MLD capacity based on Latest SBR Technology with upto date ammendments including planning, evolving of hydraulic & structural desigsn & drawings, testing , ommissioningand operation , running, maintanance of the plant for period of 6 Months by constructing wet land, multimedia filter and auto chlorination as per the provisions of Manual on Sewerage & Sewage Treatment published by CPHEEO (Latest edition). The Sewerage Treatment Plant must be capable of treating domestic raw sewage having charactristics of BOD = ≤ 375 ppm & Susupended Solids =≤ 750 ppm. The characteristics of treated /disposable effluent should comply the following of NGT / Govt. HPPCB Norms (i) PH=5.5-9 (ii) Bio chemical Oxygen Demand ≤10 ppm (iii) Chemical Oxygen Demand ≤50 ppm (iv) Total suspended solid ≤20 ppm (v) Toatl Nitrogen ≤10 ppm (vi) Total Phosphorous ≤1.0 ppm (vii) Fecol coliform 100 MPN / 100ml. The scope of work includs C/O inlet chamber,C/O RCC Screen chamber 2 Nos with machanical coarse bar screnn and submersible raw sewage pump,C/O RCC Grit chamber 2 Nos with motorised channel gate, Fine bar screen with conveyor belt, C/O Parshal flume, C/O RCC Aeriation tank with motor, C/O RCC Distribution box, C/O RCC SBR Reactor with allied accessories , C/O Gas Clorination tank with booster pump, C/O 4 Nos sludge Drying Beds 1 with covered roof, C/O polyectrolyte dosing tank C/O Store room and plant building including laboratory of required class including attendant room as per CPHEEO manual of sewerage and sewage treatment , lab equipments and & furniture, C/O chlorine contact tanks with solution tank, Providing and installation of all mechanical & electrical equipments.It also includes site development, C/O Boundary wall around STP & Providing and fixing of fencing panel, Providing and fixing of yard lighting around STP,C/O Paths,C/O Shed for dried sludge ,and providing and installation of DG Set of required capacity and approachs etc. with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
