A). Construction of 9 Nos of Toilet room in size 1.50m x 1.20m x 2.50m (Design and drawing as per direction of EIC)

Earth work in all kinds of soil within 50m. initial lead & 1.5m. initial lift including rough dressing & breaking clods to maximum 5cm. to 7cm. & laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m. in depth & as per direction of the engineer–in–charge.

Filling in foundatin and plinth with sand( including cost of sand & labour)

Cement concrete (1:4:8) with 4cm. Size hand broken hard Granite metal including cost of all labour, materials with all taxes, lead,T & P etc all complete .

Random rubble H.G. stone Masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth.

2.5cm. Dam proof course with C.C (1:2:4) using 12mm. size hard broken granite chips.

Brickwork with Fly Ash bricks in cement mortar (1:6) in Foundation and Plinth (23cm x 11cm x 8 cm)

16mm. thick cement plaster (1:6) for brick / stone work.

12mm. thick cement plaster (1:6) on brick work.

Cement concrete (1:1½:3) for R.C.C. works with 12mm size hard granite chips including hoisting and laying.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C. works including false works and dismantling them after casting including cost of materials complete in ground floor.

Fixing tiles in dados skirting and risers of steps on 12mm. thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete.

Priming one coat with any approved primer.

Distempering two coats with any approved shade.

Painting two coats with approved weather seal coat in new or old wood work.

Supplying all materials, Labobour, T&P and fixing of PVC choukat with door including fitting and fixing of Aluminum aldrop, tower, bolt, door handle hinges etc.

Supplying all materials, labour and T&P for construction of inspection chamber as per P.H. specification and design all complete - size (0.75x0.75x0.45mtr.)
