Cleaning Jungles including uprooting of trunk vegetation grass, bushes, wood trees and sapling of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1 meter above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 meters out side the periphery of area cleared. (DSR 2023- 2.31)

Dismentling of flexible pavement and disposal of dismantle material up to a lead of 100 meter, stacking sevicable and unseviceable materials separately.(DSR 2023-15.59)

Earthwork: in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m , as directed by Engineer- in- charge:2.1.1 all kind of soil.0.30 m & above . (DSR 2023-2.1.1)

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres..( Analysis Rate )

Cartage of earth up to 3 Km distance including loading unloading etc. all complete.( SOR-2023-24)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavater at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause Morth 401.

Providing and laying in cement concrete in 8:4:1 ( stone ballast 8 (40 mm nominal size) : 4 approved coarse sand : 1 cement and curing complete, including cost of formwork in foundation and floors. ( DSR 2023-4.1.8)

S/L Polyvinyl chloride sheet 400 micron thick including supply of all material labour T&P etc. All complete(DSR 2023 Code no-3002)

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-40 grade cement concerete for reinforced cement concrete work using cement content as per approved design mix including pumping of concrete to site of laying but icluding the cost of centering,shuttering finishing and reinforcement including sdmixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 To acceierate, retard setting of concrete improve workabillty without imparing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge(Note-Cement content considered in this item is @ 390kg/cum.Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable /recoverable separetely).Raft,Wall,Slab.
