Repairs to 60 HP Motor at lift irrigation scheme Uniso New of MISD Handwara.

Amount

Dismantling of motor from the respective base frame by opening of foundation bolts. The job includes disconnecting the motor and dragging of 60Hp, 3 Phase, 1440 rpm, Induction Motor to loading site, loading it into private vehicle and shifting it to the workshop.

Dismantling of motor at workshop by way of disassembling the stator rotor assembly and assessing the damages. The job also includes extraction of damaged/burnt windings from the slots of stator.

Providing and fitting of Stator coils as per sample of copper wire of standard size and quality.

Providing & fitting of insulating material in the slots of the stator including bamboo straps, latheride paper etc.

Varnishing of windings using good quality varnish The job includes heat treatment process also.

Providing fitting of copper connection leads as per sample

Brazing for incoming and outgoing copper connection leads.

Extracting, cleaning, greasing and refitting of same bearings.

Loading of repaired motor into private vehicle and shifting it to the site. The job includes refitting of motor on base frame at site to ensure proper alignment with pump, making necessary connections and then testing on full load at site.

Labour Charges on account of motor rewinding and reassembling of the stator/ rotor assembly carefully without causing any damage to the windings

Deduct the cost of old scrap or 80% of the weight of copper as per actual.

P/F of (0-200 Amp Range) (01 N0) ampere meter along with suitable amperage CT Coil with the replacement of old damaged one on the panel board of said LIS.

P/F of (0-500 Range) volt voltmeter (03 no.) of reputed make to the stabilizer of said scheme. Job includes the charge for the replacement of old damaged copper connection leads with new ones, with proper insulating taping material.
