Dismantling cross-arms of MS channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use/ credited to contractor complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

Dismantling of cross arms from broken pole including MS clamps, nut bolts and rerfix the same on new poles including painting with 2 coats of synthetic enemel paint over a coat of redoxide primer after perperation of surface complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size at any position complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

Dismantling of ACSR coductor of any size form pole complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

Dismantling of steel tubuler swaged poles of any length complete with cast iron base plate including necessary demolition and excavation complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

Taking out defective XLPE/PVC cable of any size and type from trenches/walls/under floor etc including PCC cable cover complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Excavation and earth work shall be included in quoted rate. (ii) Unit rate of this item is also includes the removal of bricks/tile as cable protection GI, pipe and cable joint kit etc. and nothing extra shall be admissible on this acoount (iii) After taking out the cable from the trenches, serviceability of cable shall be checked by the contractor in presence of the Engr- in-Charge and nothing extra shall be paid on this account

Dismantling and taking out the old stay assembly incl demolition of plain cement concrete complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Unit rate of this item includes loosing/disconnecting the all accessories which are connected to stay assy including necessary excavation. (ii) Existing stay assembly are fixed on the LT/HT pole of PCC or steel tubuler pole, nothing extra shall be paid on this account

S&F in repair PVC line seperator for separating 3/4/5 LT overhead lines complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

M&L for stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 including GI Adjustable stay rod of 16 mm dia, GI stay wire of size 7/4 mm incl stay clamps, excavation in any strata and PCC 1:3:6 concrete complete all as specified and directed by the Engr in charge. Note: Unit rate of this item includes the cost of earth work, loop type insulator, PCC and stay wire.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, or laying of cables etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cmcomplete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n exc.50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

M&L for Sand cushioning with fine sand under cables in trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable as in cable protection complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 of size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm laid dry over electric cable for protection complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Supply, transporting, errecting and fixinng steel tubular poles type SP-31 (9 meter long) complete with cost iron / mild steel base plate, finial taper plug , bolts, nuts & screwed as specified including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in foundation & around poles and PCC 1:2:4 type B1 as in plinth, block (coping of pole ), disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed, painting steel tubuler poles exposed surface with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer and making five nos aletrnative white and black strip 30 cm height upto 1.5 meter height from top of PCC coping with sythentic enamel paint and numbering of pole complete incl painting of embeded portion with two coat of bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

S&F ACSR conductor of (ferret) 6/3.00, stretching properly on insulator and binding with aluminium binding wires, jumpers including fixing on insulators on each pole in span and tightening with permissible sag in between span etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

S&F ACSR conductor of (Rabbit) 6/3.35, stretching properly on insulator and binding with aluminium binding wires, jumpers including fixing on insulators on each pole in span and tightening with permissible sag in between span etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of Synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

S&F pin type composite/polymer insulator incl one galvanised MS spindle, two washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height , 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade fixed on poles/cross arms of upto 9M Height complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

S&F shackle type composite/polymer insulator incl one galvanised mild steel straps washers and nuts for working pressure 1100 volts section of strips 31x5 mm bolt dia 14 mm max dia 115 mm, height 100 mm, fixed on poles/cross arms of upto 9M Height complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm×60cm×6.0mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron or steel and connected to main switch board or equipment, including watering arrangement with GI medium grade 20mm bore watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh with PCC chamber CI cover with frame including 15mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of earthing lead etc including necessary excavation in any type of strata, returning, filling, removal of soil outside MD land, filling of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Sch Part I, connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including taking out of old earthing. Notes : (i) Earth continuity conductor including protection pipe upto 7.5 meters from earth electrode will be include in unit rate, (ii) Arrangement for earth resistance test should be carried out by the contractor. No extra payment shall be provided for the same.

M&L in replacement for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 8 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying in repairs GI tubing light grade of 50mm bore dia including accessories for passing of cables for mechanical protection, laid under plinth/floors/paths culverts complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 31.00 above but 40mm bore complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

Re-stretching the existing LT over head line consisting of 5/4/3 conductors of any size using Mechanical tool and one GI Wire after removing serviceable/unserviceable seperators carefully including opening and reconnecting of jumpers binding conductor over the insulator properly with the help of binding wire 14 SWG and re-fixing seperators in its original position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, commisioning and testing in replacement of factory made (CPRI approved) LT panel board of suitable size out door type (double dore) 415 volts, dust proof, vermin proof, made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick duly compartmentalised inside panel with 2 mm thick CRCA sheet, to accommodate the incoming and outgoing each switch gear shall have be independent opening, and having provision for front and rear side opening with rubber beading and brass cable glands for each cable to make it weather and vermin proof. double door hinged type , both side openable, air fins for ventilation , panel shall be mounted on angle of size (40x40x6 mm) & duly spray painted with seven tank process internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer supported on 04 legs of suitable long each duly grouted in plain cement concrete blocks in 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) or as manufacturer instruction and including notice board & danger plate complete with all connection incoming/outgoing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Comprising of following accessories :-

M&L in replacement of submain wiring from street light to junction box with PVC insulated and PVC Round Sheathed 3-core Copper conductor (flexible) indusrtial cable for voltage grade 1100 Volt, 1.5 Sqmm in and including heavy grade PVC conduit and its accessories with fixing arrangements on pole surface, wall, ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. Note: One Run of 3-core Copper Conductor (flexible) industrial cable, one run of PVC conduit together taken as one length for measuring unit length.

Note : Deduction for amount of Rs. 1,35,635.00 as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II (Schedule of Credit) shall be made while awarding of contract.
