Schedule'A' Part-I : B&R works

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide & n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan & getting out in soft/loose soil

M&L PCC in foundations, filling and mass-concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate

M&L for Brickwork with old size subclass `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6)

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil.

Removing excavated soil exc 250m but n exc. 500m & depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Forming embankment including raising (or lowering) with moorum, spreading in layers n.exc 30cm thick, watering, ramming / rolling and finishing to required size, shape etc n,exc 1.5M high from base complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L hard core of gauge n. exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n. exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surfaces in broken stone boulders.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified

M& L Providing cement concrete in Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in PCC band ,copings, water throughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles andf throating complete all as spcifiecd

Supply and fix 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring loints, fixed to walls complete all as specified

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cm (1:4) on concrete surfaces with integral water proofing compound @ 200ml/bag of cement, (Water proofing compound measured & paid separately) finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

M & L Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) and preparation of new plastered surface complete all as speified.

M & L for 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, Jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms,corner shelf,Flat shelf and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and including 20 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) including rounded the exposed surfaces of granite complete all as specified.

Material & Labour non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square /rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floors/skirting etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 for laying floor tiles complete all as specified .

S&F Stainless steel pipes and chain of grade 304, polished for in parapet railing alongwith SS balls and all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.Make of Stainless steel : M/s Jindal, Tata steel or Equivalent.

S&F engraved /printed on 3 mm thick stainless steel plate Ashoka stambh Emblem of grade 304 size (0.9 m x 0.75 m) including necessary fitting / fasteners over granite / tile base complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge

S&F engraved /printed on 3 mm thick stainless steel plate Ashok Chakra of grade 304 size ( 0.9 m dia) including necessary fitting / fasteners over granite / tile base complete all as specifiedall and as directed by Engineer - in - Change

S&F stainless steel 3 mm thick sheet History plate of grade 304 size ( 1.5 m x1.2 m ) including laser engraving with high contrast and aesthetic marking of all letters english and hindi each letter of size not exc 5 cm height and width ,including necessary fitting / fasteners over granite / tile base complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Change

S&F in repair Stainless Steel polished Letters of grade 304, 1 mm thick fixed to wall cladding in suitable arrangement and height of each letter exc 25cm and not less than 30 CM ) Complete all as specified and as directed

Schedule'A' Part-I: External Electrification

Material and labour for sand cushioning with clean dry sand in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned depth shall only be measured and paid.

Cutting hard standing / road for laying of cable / protection pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, Laying,connecting,testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed ,armoured heavy duty UG cable with stranded alluminium conductors 10 sqmm x 4 core,1100 Volt grade, laid in trenches, compleate all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Pipe and bricks for cable protection and sand cushioning and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

S & F bricks well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks in trenches on cable as cable protection across the length of the cable (width wise) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix galvanised iron pipe in 40 mm bore, light grade for protection of UG cable, laid in trenches/pole/surface etc complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing loop in- loop out fuse junction box of internal dimention 250 x 200 x 100mm made of FRP sheet with weather proof canopy and locking screw fitted with and including 6 Amp MCB - 01 No, 50 Amp rated 4 way connectors for 3 phase and neutral incoming/outgoing , mounted in the box, fixing on street pole/rail poles including necessary aluminium clamps, suitable glands, lugs and GI nut and bolt all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, round type 3 core(phase,nutral & earth) copper cable of size 1.5 sqmm FRLS 1100 volt grade connection from junction box to street light fitting and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 70 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp. complete , all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Laying,High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of 32mm dia laid in trenches/surface for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
