BOQ or Scope of Work but required for smooth operation and Maintenance works at NCW, Jasola including keeping all the

system in neat and clean condition and dusting of the equipments and periodical checks Including supplying of tools and

equipments required for the cleaning of the systems.

Sub Head - IV Round the clock Operation of Fire Fighting System

Providing Round the clock Operation of complete Fire Fighting system in the building on 24 x 7 hour basis including Sundays and

holidays including all minor/ petty materials, tools and consumables.

Any other works in connection with the smooth operation work not mentioned above, but required to be carried out with in

the cost and/ or also as per direction of the Engineer -in - charge .

With all Connectors and Cabling required to carried out the work.

NRV, Sprinklers, Smoke Detectors, Relays, Remote Indicators, Fire Panel, MCP, Hooters, Hose reels, Hydrants, Stand pipe

accessories, Nozzles, Hose Reels Boxes. etc,.

Including Painting of Fire lines, Marking of Pumps and Marking of Fire Tanks

Firefighting system includes but not limited to:

1. Fire Hydrant Pump of 75 HP, 2. Fire Sprinkler Pump of 45KW, 3. 2-Fire Jockey Pump of 15HP, 4. Fire DG engine of 90HP, 5. Fire
