Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

Tenderers are required to read the Bid Documents carefully before submission of their bid.

The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons

Quoted rates shall be inclusive of all cost service tax / GST

The Taxi Should be a Sedan with minimum 1300 CC Engine capacity with air conditioning and the model should be 2024 onwards.

The Taxi should possess valid Yellow Board Registration first party insurance and Emission norms certificate

The prices quoted by the tenderer should include all costs of Fuel maintenance of Taxi in all respects.

Any price rise in respect of Fuel, Tyres, Driver salary, road-tax will be the responsibility of the tenderer.

9Any Liabilities due to Accidents if any will be the responsibility of the tenderer.

Financial Status

Annual Financial Turnover Certificates (Rs.12.00 Lakhs) for any 2 financial years (within last three years)
