Providing and fixing Coloured anodised aluminium frames for door, window and ventilator and glazing partition extrusion section of Jindal/ Hindalco as per approved shade work for door, window ,ventilator and partition with extruted built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make confirming to IS:733 and IS:1285 anodised transparent or dyed to require shade accordingly to IS:1868 (minimum anodic coating of grade AC15) fixed with raw plugs and screws or with fixing clips , necessary filling up of gaps and junctions at top , bottom and sides with required with PVC / neoprene filles etc. aluminium section shall be smooth rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including clests angle, aluminium, snap beeding for glazing/ panelling C.P. brass / stainless steel screws all complete. The rates are inclusive cost and carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and Fixing 9mm (Nine millimetre) thick plain skirting/ lining with butt jointing/ making groovs of required patteren including fixing of molding at the top/ bottom/ corners/ and polishing complete in 1st class kail wood including cost and carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Rate is inclusive of toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the government.

Polishing two coats with malamine polish of required shade on new wood and wood based surface to give an even surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and sand papered smooth and including a coat of wood filler including cost and carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Rate is inclusive of toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the government.

Distempering (two or more coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings & other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer as PWD specification. The rates are inclusive cost and carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Rate inclusive toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and fixing 15mm (Fifteen milimetre) diameters C.P. brass wall mounted kitchen sink mixture (Swan neck mixture) tap of continental series of Jaquar/ Classic series of Hindware/ Floral series of Cera/ Hindon series of Jal/ Vintage series of Kerovite as per specifications including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Rate is inclusive of sale tax, toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the government.
