REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF HT OVERHEAD DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM, REPAIR AND FILTRATION OF TRANSFORMER AND ALLIED WORKS AT RAIWALA UNDER AGE (I) RAIWALA

Supply and filling insulating transformer oil confirming to IS 335 1993 for replacing in distribution transformer with dielctric strength not less than 60 KV complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Filteration/ dehydration and cleaning of transformer oil off line by dehydration plant including testing of samples before and after dehydration and filtration, dielectric strength should not less than 55 KV at 2.5 mm gap after dehydration/filtration all as specified and directed. Note:- For running of filtration plant the arrangement of electric supply / DG set should be made by contractor and the cost of same deemed to be include in quoted rate.

M&l for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground. ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15cm all around the plate. connected by 32x6 mm GI strip as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt, thimbles check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm x300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate rainforced with XPM all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1(2009) and specified including and provision of GI strip upto 7.5 mtrs long with 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all exavation and earth work and connecting the earthing strip to panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC(1:2:4) type B1, 80mm thick rainforced with XPM weighing not less than 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover. (ii) Cost of additional GI strip more than 7.5 mtrs will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

NOTE : (i) Cost of all the material, components, repairs, elements as per above as well as other elements (except supply only of the components considerd under items herein after to the extent required and operated ) to make the VCB complete functional shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the contractor. (ii)Individual Breaker VCB shall be considered as one unit and above job is to be carried out unitwise. Above job will be carried out by licenced technician as aproved by GE/AGE (I). (iii) Any accident/mishapenning occurred during the execution of work shall be responsibity of the Contractor. (iv) All necessary tools & plants required for carrying out above job will be provided by contractor and the cost of the same are deemed to be included in quoted rate. (v) Inventry of defective parts to be replaced by contractor will be prepared by joint inspection with contractor.

Supply only gear box and charging motor 110V suitable for HT 11 KV out door VCB AC three phase 50Hz complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only single phase circuit spout RYB phase suitable for HT 11 KV VCB AC three phase 50Hz complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for detecting cable fault in HT 11 KV cable by 24hrs x 7days ie entire contract period with technician and desired equipments at Mil station Raiwala and Mil camp area Narendra Nagar with and including necessary earth work (excavation & returning filling) in any type of soil, joint the cable fault with new straight through jointing kit complete all as specfied and directed. Note : (i) Cable joint of required size measured and paid separately. (ii) Each job considered cable fault locator use in one day in any any length of cable.

Restreching/ restringing only over head ACSR conductor / earth wire of any size and type comprising of one conductors/wire over steel tubular poles, incl opening, streching, binding and jointing the conductor to insulater with and incl 14 SWG binding wire and tape the jumper complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs pin type, porelain, vitreous, white brown or green insulator 11000 volts grade of size 150 mm height, 150 mm dia, including galivanized mild steel spindle with two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized nut bolt complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F in repairs disc type insulator, procelain vitreous, 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, white or brown or green, single disc assembly for tension wtih tension clmps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable four pole structure of any type and any size including clamps insulators, cross arms etc of any type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismanlting and taking down bend/damaged mild steel work such as cross arms, bracing, supported, clamps & back plates etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed including of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of steel tubular HT Pole 11 mtr long, two pole structure and mild steel work such as cross arm, clamps, nuts, bolts, etc including preparation of old painted surface and painting two coats of aluminium paint including 5 Nos band/straps with yellow and black colour in alternatete way (250mm wide each) synthetic enamelled paint two coat at a distance 300mm from plinth block and marking pole nos with black synthetic enamelled paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of steel tubular HT Pole 11 mtr long, four pole structure and mild steel work such as cross arm, clamps, nuts, bolts, etc including preparation of old painted surface and painting two coats of aluminium paint including 5 Nos band/straps with yellow and black colour in alternatete way (250mm wide each) synthetic enamelled paint two coat at a distance 300mm from plinth block and marking pole nos with black synthetic enamelled paint complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out existing old unserviceable HT cable of any size from trenches/from pole/walls including taking out old GI tubes, cable protection covers, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F/Laying, connecting and testing of HT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC badded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 11KV (Earthed) as per IS 7098 (Part-II) with stranded aluminium conductor of following size complete all as specified and directed:- Note:- (i) The earth work, GI pipe shall be measured and paid sepretely. (ii) Cable may fixing/ passing through pipe laid in trenches or fixed to pole/ wall or fixed to LT panel etc. (iii) ACSR conductor & cross arms replaced with UG Cable.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exc 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying UG cable/ foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in any type of soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated surplus hard/dense soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover of class HVP, type-1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm (ISI marked) for protection of UG cable over sand cushoniing laid in trenches with axis of the cover perpendicular to the axis of the cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for road cutting of size min 15cm width x 10cm depth for laying of cable including making good the road with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanized steel water tubing (GI Pipe) light grade (ISI marked) with all fittings as in sleeving for cable protection & laid in trenches/ floor or fixed to wall, ceiling and pole of following bore complete as specified and directed :- Note : MS Clamp, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid seperatly for fixing with pole etc.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV/12 KV, 630 Amps Non extensible, outdoor type, 3 Way RMU panel with 1 isolators and 2 VCB, SF6 gas insulated, 11 KV Ring Main Unit contained within stainless steel tank suitable for outdoor use free standing and comprising of : (A) (i) 2 Nos - 630 Amp triple pole, manually operated vaccum circuit breaker encapsulated in SF6 stainless steel tank with independent spring mechanism and fully rated earth switch with provision for earth of the cable. (ii) 2 Nos - Air insulated cable boxes with split gland plate suitable for front side bottom entry 3 core cable upto 300 sqmm. (vii) Rated short circuit making current - 50 kA. (viii) Reference standard - As given in PS. NOTE :- Necessary drawing shall be got approved before placing order and PDI including testing shall be carried out by the rep of accepting officer. The cost of PCC platform for mounting RMU panel as per manufacturers instruction is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. The quoted rates must include the cost of cable termination kit cold shrikable type, cable glands, outside panel, cable lugs, cable trenches etc., cable between RMU & metering cubicals, lugs & glands & arrangements for 1 run / phase.
