Tender notification for procuring Human Resource services on an outsourcing basis through e-Procurement from Department Of Tourism Chickaballapur

Self-attested copy of registration certificate of the external resource organization with the local body and registration number (to be provided)

Registration certificate under the ESI Act and deposit of money dated March 2023 for the year 2022-23. Self-attested copy of the challan dated March 2024 for the year 2023-24 and March 2025 for the year 2024-25 should be attached with the tender form

Registration certificate under the EPF Act and deposit of money dated March 2023 for the year 2022-23. Self-attested copy of the challan for the month of March 2024 for the year 2023-24 and the challan for the month of March 2025 for the year 2024-25 should be attached with the tender form.

The organization/agency providing the services should attach the registration certificate of the Labour State Insurance (ESI) of all the districts in which the services have been provided/are being provided so far and the no objection letter obtained from the ESI organization for the year 2024-25

A certificate from the District Labour Department of all the districts in which the services have been provided/are being provided confirming that no cases have been registered against the organization/agency providing the services.

A self-attested copy of the GST registration certificate and the challan in respect of amount remitted towards GST for the last two years should be attached. (self attested copy GST registration certificate and the challan in respect of amount remitted towards GST for the last two years).

Elected members and organizations in the black list are not allowed to participate in this tender and a notarized certificate of Rs. 100.00 on a stamped paper stating that they are not in the black list and that there is no complaint/case pending in the court.

Submit attested certificates from the concerned authorities regarding the provision of data entry operators/computer operators, vehicle drivers, Group D personnel by their organization to other government departments for at least 3 years. Submit details of EPF, ESI deducted as per the rules and paid to the concerned organization.

Submit a certificate on a notarized paper of Rs. 100.00 stating the number of HR services provided in government departments on outsourcing basis as on 31/03/2025, along with the details of the department.

Agency Audit Report duly certified/audited by a Chartered Accountant with UDIN for 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 (3 years) Audited statement of accounts for 3 years only.

Details of overall transactions made by the Human Resource Service for the years 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 should be attached.

PAN Card copy of the organization.
