Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc. as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in- charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete : 250 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and laying hard stone boulder filing/soling back side of retaining wall and breast wall including carriage of material with in all lead & lift as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position plum concrete with hard stones boulders in Retaining wall etc upto all height and level, size and shape etc with cement concrete with mix (1:3:6)1 cement,3 Coarse sand,6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size using maximum 40% hard stone boulders in plum concrete as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineering-in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift(excluding the cost of centering and shuttering).

Providing and fixing 110mm dia Unplasticized rigid PVC pipe of required size for weep holes in plum concrete walls including cutting, placing and fixing in required slope all complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing up to floor five level precast cement concrete solid block, including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand), cost of required centering, shuttering complete :1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window upto 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift. Providing fixing thermal insulation of ceiling (under deck insulation) with Resin Bonded Fibre glass wool conforming to IS : 8183, density 24kg / m3, 50mm thick, wrapped in 200 G Virgin Polythene bags, fixed to ceiling with metallic cleats (50x50x3 mm) @ 60 cm and wire mesh of 12.5 mm x 24 gauge wire mesh, for top most ceiling of building as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing double glazed hermetically sealed glazing in aluminium windows, ventilators and partition etc. with 6 mm thick clear float glass both side, having 12 mm air gap, including providing EPDM gasket, perforated aluminium spacers, desiccants, sealant (Both primary and secondary sealant) etc. as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete Upto 5mm depth and 5 mm width as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Design supply & installation of suspended Spider Glazing system designed to withstand the wind pressure as per IS 875 (Part-III). The Suspended System held with Spider Fittings of SS-316 Grade Steel of approved manufacturer with glass panel having 12 mm thick clear toughened glass held together with SS- 316 Grade Stainless steel Spider & bolt assembly with laminated glass fins 21 mm thick. The Glass fins and glass panel assembly shall be connected to Slab/beams by means of SS- 316 Grade stainless steel brackets & Anchor bolts and at the bottom using SS channel of 50x25x2mm using fastener & anchor bolts, non staining weather sealants of approved make, Teflon/ nylon bushes and separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts, all complete to perform as per specification and approved drawings. The complete system to be designed to accommodate thermal expansion & seismic movements etc. The joints between glass panels (6 to 8 mm) and gaps at the perimeter & in U channel of the assembly to be filled with non staining weather sealant, so as to make the entire system fully water proof & dust proof.The rate shall include all design, Engineering and shop drawing including approval from structural designer, labour, T&P, scaffolding, other incidental charges including wastage, enabling temporary services all fitting fixers nut bolts, washer, Buffer plates, fastener, anchors, SS channel laminated glass etc. all complete. Providing and fixing roller blinds & complete with all component, including drilling holes in the wood work/RCC/Structural Steel members & installation at site. The Roller Blinds will have following specifications: Top channel extruded from Non rusting Aluminium alloy with 1.25mm thichness, with anodization for long life. The channel is designed with support beam to keep it straight and shall have pocket for holding the fabrics in position. Available in 32 & 38mm diameters for small and big blind respectively. Bottom channel of roller Blinds is again none rusting Aluminium powder coating with 1.50 mm thickness and 21 mm diameter. The fabric is enclosed in suitably created pocket along with tube. The channel shall be closed from sides with the end caps to give a neat look. 10 different colors of bottom channel available to match with the fabrics. The tilt chain is made of unbreakable ABS plastic, 1.50 mm polyester cord with 4.50 mm balls. The blinds can be stopped of desired position with help of stop lock. This operation mechanism is made of High strength ABS Plastic, Consists of an ultra smooth gear with spring booster. High Carbon steel spring to transmit motion from driver to driven members. Supplying and fixing 4 way (4 + 12), Double door TPN DB horizontal type prewired TP&N MCB distribution board of steel sheet for 415 volts on surface/ recess complete with loose wire box, terminal connectors for all incoming and outgoing circuits, duly prewired with suitable size FR PVC insulated copper conductor up to terminal blocks, tinned copper bus bar, neutral link, earth bar, din bar, detachable gland plate, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required.(excluding MCB/RCCB).as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying and fixing 8 way (4 + 24), Double door, Double door, Double door TPN DB horizontal type prewired TP&N MCB distribution board of steel sheet for 415 volts on surface/ recess complete with loose wire box, terminal connectors for all incoming and outgoing circuits, duly prewired with suitable size FR PVC insulated copper conductor up to terminal blocks, tinned copper bus bar, neutral link, earth bar, din bar, detachable gland plate, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required.(excluding MCB/RCCB).as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of Single pole, in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.
