PART - A ( CIVIL WORKS ) Serveying, design (hydraulic & structural) and construction of RCC infiltration well cum pump house as per latest BIS codes of Internal dia meter12.0 Mtr and 12.0 mtr height of well steining, capable of delivering discharge not less than 2000 lpm, not additional payment for trial bore for taking out adiquate water from Infiltration well and total disolved solid not more than 500 mg/l including supply of all matarial, labour, T&P scaffolding , shuttering, mechinary etc required for completion of work complete as per conceptual drawing - 1- Highest Flood Level of Ramganga river is 5.0 mtr above the minimum water level. 2- Plinth level of pump house is 1.0 mtr above the HFL 3 - Depth of infiltration well (Excluding Foundation slab) will be atleast 6.0 mtr below the Minimum Water Level. Work consist of as follows Hydraulic and structural design of infiltration well cum pump house and preparation of drawing Diversioin of stream by any means to get working conditions at site.Execavation in any type of soil mix with shingle , boulder , etc or in any type of rock up to required depth as per design Timbering of any type required for excavation upto desired depth Dewatering of water required upto any extent to keep excavated pit dry for construction works Lean concrete of grade 1:3:6 with 40 mm gauge stone ballast and sand below raft foundation of well, RCC in raft foundation including reinforcement , shuttering etc as per design, RCC in well steining including reinforcement and shuttering as per design. RCC in Deckslab of well including 1.00 m wide balcony all arround including reinforcement, shuttering as per design, deckslab will also have provision of opening for lowering of pumps and railing to the opening, Spiral RCC / MS stair case of 75 cm width with suitable landing and GI pipe railing complete from deckslab to floor inside infiltration well, RCC in 1.2 mtr wide approach Bridge (at plinth level of pump house ,approximate length is 20 mtr, however it may vary at actual site condition for which no price adjustment will be applicable) to infiltration well including reinforcement and shuttering as per design Construction of 12.0 mtr Internal dia pump house of brick work with conical / slanting RCC roof with clear minimum height of 4.5 mtr on edge as per design including mild steel door frame with MS shutter /MS "Z" section glazed and mosquito proof window/ vantilators with gaurd bar in required numbers for proper access and vantilation, plastering inside & outside ,external plaster may have some ornamental finish for aesthetic look, inside distempering, out side acrylic painting (apex or equivalant ), synthetic enamal painting on steel / wooden surface , waterproofing treatment, PCC flooring with 2mm PVC laminate flooring sheet etc complete GI pipe railing supported on MS angle for approach path and balcony of pump house supply and filling of filter media of required grading in 1.5 mtr width all around the periphery of well steining below ground level including PVC membrane as seperator between different grade of filter media Suppy and fix 80mm dia HDPE 6 kg/Sqcm pressure rating as weepholes in required number as per design. Stone pitching of required thickness over filter media along periphery of infiltration well All electrification works required for pump house building,Supply and fixing of mild steel girder of required size in pump house for lowering / lifting of pump including moveable chain & polley system. Including all other minor nature works required for complete infiltration well.
Survey, design (The contractor has to survey the site, take levels with total station, measure the length of pipe with metalic tape on prescribed alignment and submit the design of rising main for checking the thickness of pipe before ordering for supply of pipe.On completion of this work, the laid length of pipe will be deemed eligible for supply. The respective amount for quantity of surplus supply of pipes (which remained unlaid or unutilized) will be deducted from final bill and surplus quantity of pipes will be the property of contractor) supplying, carting, laying & jointing of Rising main of following size & thickness of API XL 56 grade Pipes by welding with approved quality ISI marked electrodes of Ador, L&T or equivalent quality confirming to ISO 3183 : 2007 & IS 816 : 1969 and other appurtenant works such as fixing of air valve, sluice valve, reflux valve at suitable points including making scouring arrangement at suitable locations by fixing tee & gate valve etc. complete and also testing & commissioning of laid pipeline including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete

Excavation of earth for Pipe Line trenches of Clear Water Rising/ Feeder / Supply Main/ Distribution system in following strata requiring the use of special T&P such as Pick Axes, Sabbals etc. or by blasting or by crow bars with a lift up to 1.5 m and lead upto 30 m including refilling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal and disposal of surplus earth upto a distance of 60 m from the trenches including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete assuming that 90% Pipeline is laid in trenches & also it is estimated that 75% trenches will be in soil mixed with shingle, bazri, boulder and rest of 25% will be in medium rock

Manhole Cover, supply and fixing of M.S. Design & testing bearing capacity of soil ,construction of Pump House of size 8m x 7m x 5m made up of Brick masonry with R.C.C. flat / slope roof at each pumping station i.e. IPS including painting with delux multi surface paint and other appurtenant works including construction of foundation of pumps and cable trench from transformer to pump house including internal electrification, gantry crane supports etc. complete as per approved design & drawing including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete including cartage of materials
Design, testing bearing capacity of soil for construction of Staff Quarter of Type I in Ground floor (Plinth Area – 43.00 Sqm) made up of Brick masonry with R.C.C. framed structure flat roof with kitchen, bathroom and W.C. including water supply, drainage, electrical works and painting with delux multi surface paint and other appurtenant works including construction of septic tank and soak pit at IPS site as per approved design & drawing including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete including cartage of materials
Provision of Barbed Wire Fencing through angle iron posts of size 50x50x6mm and height of post 1.8m weight of wire not less than 9.38 kg per 100m and spacing of row 20 cm c/c barbed wire shall be cross diagonaly of post around the water works site, on the top of Boundary Wall as per specifications including all materials, labour etc. complete.
