Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors & paving not exceeding 15 cms thick (below or above ground level) complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (Wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground post embedded in concrete complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulders masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone arrgegates) as in sub base, foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete, M-7.5, nominal mix, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channel and drains including necessary form work all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Mild steel work as in wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No 7 here-in-above but fixing only.

Plain cement concrete, M-15, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, bed plates, bed blocks, lintels up to 1.5m clear span, bands etc. including necessary form work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Precast cement concrete M-10, type C-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in bond stone including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered throating etc and set in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.

Walling of random rubble stone masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge, all as specified by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Locally available slate stones shall not be used.

All as per serial item No 10 here-in-above but except stones. Note: Servicable stone retreived from demolition under serial item No 04 of BOQ shall be reused.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stone and dressing of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling uncoursed or brought up to courses with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not excluding 20mm for granite or trap stone,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Raised pointing to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought up to courses in cement mortar 1:4,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of new steel surface of any description excluding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of old steel surface of any description excluding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint omplete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

PVC (SWR) pipes, 110mm bore, in any length as in weep holes complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per items No 18 here-in-above but restraining and resecuring including making good staples etc;.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on wall including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc; complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

20mm thick rendering on stone masonry surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.
