Extra over item No 1 for every sub sequent coat of wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture. complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat) on previously painted wood and wood based surface with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirts,dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping with ready mixed paint other than white complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Extra over item No 3 for every subsequent coat of paint on previously painted wood or wood based surface other than white complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat ) on previously painted steel & other metal surfaces with readymixed paint, brushing oil, grease to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter:- With readymixed paint other than whiten complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Extra over Item No. 5 for every subsequent Painting one coat (excluding priming coat ) on previously painted steel & other metal surfaces with readymixed paint complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth. Complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Wiring for light point / fan point / exhaust fan / call bell point with 1.5 Sq. mm. PVC insulated heat resistant flame retardant (HRFR) and low smoke single core (flexible) copper conductor cable in PVC casing & capping and earthing the light point with 1.5 Sq.mm. HRFRLS/PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable as required. Complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Group B.

Supplying and drawing following size of PVC insulated, heat resistant, flame retardant (HRFR) and low smoke single core (flexible) copper conductor cable in existing surface / recessed, Steel/PVC conduit as required. PVC insulated HRFR LS Copper conductor 2.5 Sq. mm. Complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
