Providing and applying R3E or R2C, solvent free epoxy primer in two coats, on the prepared floor , using a brush or short / medium pile roller at a time gap of 8 hrs by ensuring a uniform coating is achieved and compensated the differences in surface porosity, allowing second coat to dry for 24 Hrs, etc and complete as per manufacturer's specification. Self Levelling Epoxy Topping, Providing and installing Ardex R 25 CE, high performance, epoxy resin flooring system by mixing all 4 components using heavy duty slow speed drilling machine fixed with mixing paddle, pouring of mixed material on the primed surface and spreading it using suitable notch trowel at 2 mm thickness, gently rolling the spike roller to remove the entrapped air, etc and complete as per manufacturer's specification.
