Cleaning of terrace/ loft water storage tank (inside surface area) up to 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water, disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account)

Cutting down the plants/ trees of girth n.exc. 15cm from roof tops/ sides of external walls of building, chajja, wall junctions & at junctions of rain water/ waste water pipes including taking out the roots entered in to wall/ slab surfaces; making good surfaces with PCC 1:2:4 type B0 or cement mortar (1:2) including repairing the GI/ CI/ PVC pipe joints which were affected due to cutting/ taking out process after applying suitable herbicide including making good the disturbed surfaces to match the adjoining surfaces complete with necessary scaffolding/ staging/ Jhula etc, with all necessary safety precautions up to 4 storey height complete all as directed and as specified.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc incl raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.
