1 Part I Electrification

Supply and wiring points according to IS 732-1989 using rigid PVC conduit of minumum size 20 mm with specials conforming to IS 9537 Part III 1983 and with suitable size specials conforming to IS 3419-1988, fixing the conduit using metals saddles spacing not exceeding 50 cm or concealed suitably and with 1.00 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated stranded single core copper conductor cable 650V grade, including providing switch board main and continuous earthing with No.14 SWG bare copper, required quantity of copper earth socket, brass bolt and nut crimping/soldering etc complete with suitable size modular type metal switch boxes, modular type front plates (Whilte) etc. up to and including 6A modular tupe SP switches and making good the surface of wall, colour washing etc complete. All the terminations in the switch boards and DB's shall be tinned and the wires shall be drawn and fixed along the periphery of the box using suitable ties, tie mounts etc as required. (RoHS compliant modular accessories). Single control light point with 6A, plate ceiling rose-short point.

Supply and installationof light fittings on' C/U' shaped flat iron bracket supply, conveyance, installation, testing and commissioning the light fittings of following types made from 0.5mm CRCA sheet complete with all aceessories and lamps etc. directly on wall using 2 nos. 'C/U' brackets made from 20 X 3 mm MS flat, painting the flat and iron bracket and giving connection with required length of 16/0.20mm 3 core copper conductor flex wire conforming to relevant ISS or extending the original wiring and giving connection etc. as required 1200mm 1 X 20W LED Lamp with box type fixture.

Supply and installationof light fittings on TW round block Supply, conveyance, installation, testing and commissioning the light fittings of following types made of CRCA with 0.5mm thickness complete with the aceessories and lamps etc. directly on wall or ceiling with PVC round block neatly painted to suit the fitting and giving connection with required length of 16/0.20mm 3 crore copper conductor flex wire conforming to relevant ISS and giving connection as required 1200mm 1X20W LED Lamp with box type fixture. .

Supply and fixing cast aluminium stove enameled bulk head fitting with deep drawn anodised aluminium body, epoxy powder coated, heat resistant prismatic glass cover with 5W LED Vulb to wall/ceiling including giving connections with required length of 16/0.20mm PVC insulated and PVC sheather 3 core round copper conductor flex wire conforming to relevant ISS or extending the original wiring and mmaking good the surface as required.

36/40W,4000 lumem LED, IP 66 street light fitting with alumimium housing, stove enameled CRCA sheet steel reflector cover, acrylic cover complete with THD < 10 %, power factor >0.98, RoHS complaint, duly wired up for use on 230 V AC supply,

Supply fabrication conveyance and fixing the following sizes of B class GI pipe bent toshape / cut and welded to shape and fixing the same to wall / paraqpat using clamps as noted along with each size, painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamal paint over acoat of zinc chromate primer, making good the damages, colour washing etc as required .32 mm dia with HG company fabricated clamps.

Supply,conveyance, installation, testing and commissioning of exhaust fans of size 300mm light duty 1300 rpm in the existing opening, fixing necessary achor bolts/bolt and nuts etc,. As required including giving connections with the supplied wire along with the exhaust fan.

Supplying and fixing PVC batten/angle holder including 3 W LED Bulb and plastic shade and giving connection etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing the following types of superior quality 250V AC call bell on existing M.S box and giving connections with required length of 3 core, 16/0.20mm 650/1100V grade PVC insulated and PVC sheathed round copper conductor flex wire conforming tor relevant ISS or with the extended original wiring, earthing the MS box and making good the surface as requiried. Ding dong bell.

Supplying and fixing metal box of follling sizes (nominal size) onsurface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including painting etc as required 100mm X 100mm X 60mm deep.

Supply and installation of suitable size MS rod type fan clamp in the RCC slab as per IS 732 as required.

Suppply and installation of dust and vermin proof, wall mounting, meter box of following sizes suitable for fixing KSEB meter, fuse units, CT etc, hinged door construction for the front side with compartments if necessary, providing vision panel for the meter compartment, knock out for cable entry and exit on existing angle iron frame work or directly to wall using necessary bolts & nuts, fixing the unit to wall, making good the damages, colour washing etc, including giving necessary connections as required Hot press moulded SMC metre box (Inside iamention:650x350x250) GS-MB-6535 of M/S Sintex make.

Supply & fixing 250 A, 415 V, DIN type fuse base

Supply and clamping the following sizes of strips on surface of wall/parapet/existing cable tray using clamps fabricated from 20 x 3 mm GI flat duly painted or heavy duty GI spacer saddles, spacing of clamps not exceeding 1m, making good the damages, colour washing etc, as required (for horizontal run) 25x6mm copper strip tinned at the points of contacts.

Supply & fixing 250/5 A, 15 VA, resin cast metering CT or accuracy class 0.5.

Supply & fixing 125A to 200 A DIN type HRC fuse links size 1.

Supply and installation of switch gear units in sheet steel enclosure complete with handle assembly, door interlock and pad locking arrangement of the following ratings on existing angle iron frame work or directly to wall using necessary bolts & nuts, fixing the unit to wall, making good the damages, colour washing etc, including giving necessary connection as required (excluding cost of HRC fuse links in case of SDF/SDFCO) 200A TPN SDF AC 23A for DIN type fuse.

Supply and installation of switch gear units in sheet steel enclosure complete with handle assembly, door interlock and pad locking arrangement of the following ratings on existing angle iron frame work or directly to wall using necessary bolts & nuts, fixing the unit to wall, making good the damages, colour washing etc, including giving necessary connection as required (excluding cost of HRC fuse links in case of SDF/SDFCO) 200 A 4pole on-load COS AC 23A duty.

Fabrication, supply, conveyance and fixing frame work made out of suitable size angle iron/flat cut and welded to shape of suitable size painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer & with drilled holes to mount the switch gears/Cables/machines for support, fixed to wall/floor using suitable size anchor bolts etc grouted to wall, making good the damages, colour washing etc as required.

Painting letters or figures of the 2.50cm, 4 cm or 5 cm sizes with enamel paints as indentification mark to SB, DB panel board etc as required .

Supply and installation of sheet steel, phosphatised and painted, dust and vermin proof enclosure of MCB DB including copper/brass bus bar, neutral link, earth bus and DIN rail suitable for fixing MCB/isolator etc. fixed on wall using suitable anchor bolts or fixed in recess including cutting hole on the wall making good the damages, colour washing etc. as required 4 way (8+12) three phase double cover (IP 42/43).

Supply and installation of sheet steel, phosphatised and painted, dust and vermin proof enclosure of MCB DB including copper/brass bus bar, neutral link, earth bus and DIN rail suitable for fixing MCB/isolator etc. fixed on wall using suitable anchor bolts or fixed in recess including cutting hole on the wall making good the damages, colour washing etc. as required 4 way (8+12) double cover TPN vertical DB with provision for fixing 4 PMCB/Isolator/RCCB/RCBO as incomer and SP/TP MCB as outgoing (IP 42/43).

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connection, testing and commissioning etc as required single pole.

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connection, testing and commissioning etc as requiredtripple pole.

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 volts, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc as required 40 amps.

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole (three phase and neutral), 415 volts, residutal current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current upto 300 milliamperes in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc as required .25 amps.

PART III HIGH MAST LIGHTING

Supply and installation of High Mast lighting system as per the following specification 12 Mtr High Mast system with its accessories. Mast shaft shall be in single section, Galvanisation of single hot dipped suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875, Head frame assembly 2 point suspension system with steel wire rope 5mm dia (7/19 constuction) and winching system arangement conforming to IS with galvanised lantern carriage suitable for accommodating 4/6 Nos. LED flood light luminaries symmetrically and its control gear box and lightning spike. The mast shall have an integral single phase operation power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation. Supply and conveyance foundation bolt made of EN 8 grade special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates, supply erection testing and commissioning of LED aviation obstruction light. Supply laying & clamping of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium power cable of 1.1KV grade of the following sizes using clamps noted with cables, spacing of clamps noted along with the cables, spacing of clamps not exceeding 60 cms, making good the damages, colour washing etc as required 4 core 6 Sq mm with factory made clamp

Part V Standardisation of EI

Fabrication, supply, conveyance, installation, testing and commissioning of floor or wall mounting, dust and vermin proof, cubicle type MV panel board comprising of the following components/devises & complying to IS 8623.
