i] Railways reserve the right to procure the bulk / full quantity from CLW approved Vendors [to CLW UVAM Item ID : 2101025, Bogie frame assly for WAP-4 loco etc.] as per clause 16.3 of Eastern Railway General Tender conditions. [GTC attached] ii] The status of approval of tenderer shall be reckoned as on the date of tender opening and not thereafter, unless it is a case of downgrading/ removal/ suspension/ banning.
Make In India : In terms of Railway Boards letter No. 2020/RS/(G)/779/2/Pt.1 Dated: 20.08.2024 and the Public Procurement Policy (Preference in Make India) Order, 2017 as amended time to time, only 'class-I local suppliers' and 'Class-II local suppliers' are eligible to bid. Public procurement of this item is restricted to Class I/Class II local suppliers only and the vendors who do not qualify to the Class I/Class II local suppliers should not quote in the tender as their offers shall not be considered for any ordering. In case any vendor who does not qualify to a Class I/Class II local supplier for the tendered item participates, it does so at it's own risk and cost and Railways shall not be liable for any loss or damages caused to the vendor.

In case of Authorized Dealer, whether bidder has uploaded Authorization Certificate along with offer. 3. Whether Bidder has deposited required EMD amount as applicable as the case 4. In case of micro and small enterprises, whether firm has submitted UDYAM registration number as per public procurement policy. 5. Whether The bidder has uploaded document like copies of Receipt Notes, Inspection Certificates etc. in support for their performance/Credentials as the case may be.
