Construction of LIS Seo and Ket in Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt.Bilaspur (HP).(SH:Construction of collection tank 155000 Litre capacity , pump house , Main delivery tank for phase Seo 200000 Litre capacity , Main delivery tank for phase Ket 100000 Litre capacity , precast toilet , barbed wire fencing around the pump house, collection tank,delivery tanks & site development etc.)

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work,jumper work blasting work in soft or hard rock chiselling soft/ hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming where ever required dressing of sides and bed stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavaton and then returning the excavated soil after completion of work in 15cm layers when required into plinths, side of foundation etc. Consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth within a lead of 20 mtrs. pick jumper work 50% each.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1: 3 : 6 ( 1 cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6 : 12 ( 1 cement: 6 sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 1.5 : 3 ( 1 cement : 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinfocement for reinforced concrete work in :

Foundation footings, bases of columns and the like mass concrete.

Walls ( any thickness but not less than 0.10 metre thick, attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor to level.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Vertical surfaces such as walls ( any thickness) portions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like in all leads and lifts.

Foundation footing bases of columns and the like and mass concrete including plinth beams and columns up to plinth level.

Flat surfaces such as soffits and suspended floors roofs landing and like floors etc. up to 200 mm in thickness

Sides and soffits of beams , beam haunchung, cantilever and bressumers, and lintels not exceedings 1 metre in depth lim1.00 metre in depth in all heights from floor.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centring , shuttering& reinforcement for RCC work:-

In foundation ,footings, bases of columns & like mass concrete etc. complete with in all leads and lifts .

Suspended floors, roofs, landing, shelves and their supports balconies, lintels, beams girders bresumers and cantilevers upto all floor two level woth in all leads and lifts .

Providing mild steel / Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up section, trusses and framed work including hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in grating framed guard bars, ladders, railing bracket similar work with in all leads and lifts.

Providing & fixing 1 mm thick MS sheet sliding gate with frame and diagonal braces of 40x40x6 mm angle iron 3.15 mm MS gusset plates 40 x 40x 6 mm as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Laying ,jointing and testing in trenches galvanised mild steel tube fittings of light grade screwed and socketted complete with tube fittings such as bends,tees,air valves, etc. of following dia complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in charge. 125 mm dia

Providing and fixing double flanged cast iron sluice valve 125 mm dia of Leader/ Kirloskar make of Class PN-1.00 including MS flanges confirming to IS 6392-1971 of Flange Table 5 and welding of MS flanges in requisite layers on both faces including carrige complete in all respect.

Constructing chamber for sluice valve with CI surface Box 100 mm top diametre , 160 mm Bottom dia & 180 mm deep (inside) with chained lid& RCC Top slab 1:2:4 Mix(1 cement: 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm Nominal Size) 100 mm thick foundation concrete 1:5:10 (41 cement: 5 sand: 10 graded stone aggregate40 mm nominal size) & inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement: 3 sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including curing complete. 600 mm x 600 mm x 750 mm inside size with 150 mm thick walls of RCC 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm Nominal size complete with form work & reinforcement with 6 mm bars at not exceeding 150 mm c/c both ways.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust and other forign matter in walls in all leads and lifts.

Distempering with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture(two coats) and of required shade on undecorated wall surface as to give an even shade over and including a priming coat of whiting after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer in all leads and lifts..

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand manufacturer and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium fittings of anodised transparent and shade with necessery screws etc. complete:-

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with ready mixed paint and brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matters sand papering and stopping with readymade paint other than white in all leads and lifts.

Terrazzo tile flooring with precast terrazzo tiles 20 mm thick with marble chips of specified sizes laid in floor, treads of steps and landings on a bed of 25 mm average thickness of cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles (wherever required ) including rubbing and polishing complete with tiles of grey shade with in all leads and lifts.

Construction of toilet 1.00 x 1.00 metre size of standard height and depth made of RCC planks, frame, and shutter of angle iron and plain CGI sheet WC Indian type and pit including excavation of toilet foundation & soak pit in all kinds of soil and disposal of surplus excavated earth , filling with course sand, cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm niminak size for rural sanitation system in all leads and lifts as per standard design and drawing or as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Prov.and fixing 1.801 meter high fencing with 2.5 metre angle iron posts 2.50 metre centre to centre with 9 horizontal lines and two diagonals of galvanised steel barbed wire as per IS 278-1962 type weighing 9.8 kgs per 100 metres(minimum) strained and fixed to post) i/c earth work,C.C.1:3:6(0.45x0.45x0.55 size pit),MS angle 50x50x6 mm etc
