Construction of Compound wall, Paverblock, Borewell arrangements and Furniture arrangements of Multipurpose Building at Kannudaiyanpatti Panchayat EARTHWORK EXCAVATION for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift etc. complete.

Supplying and Filling foundation and basement with filling sand in layers not more than 15cm . Thick well ramed, watered and compacted Complete complying with stanard specification.

Collection and supply of gritty gravel from appd quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for filling etc.complete,

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four sand and eight aggregates) using 40mm HBGS for levelling course for foundation including the cost of mixing concrete, ramming, curing etc., complete. For Column Foundation, For GL Brace Beam Foundation (3.68-0.30=3.38)

Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits I including necessary supports' and shuttering to the required height for RCC items using MS sheets of suitable size of BG.10 stiffeneq with welded MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x3mm of boarding, laid over silver oak joints of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaceqat 90cm centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre complying with standard specifications etc., complete and as directed by TWAD Board officers. Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or Ribbed Tor Steel for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification.

Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 22 x 11 x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick.in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting Two Coats Approved Plastic Emultion Paint with one coat primer over New Cement Plastered surface including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc complete.Schedule ItemNo.359 – B)

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20%&2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% repectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method) .

Providing and Laying of Inter Blocking Concrete (Surface Textured) Block pavements having thickness 60mm and compacted over a thin bedding sand layer of 25mm thickness and joints shall be filled by fine sand of specified grading as per table 1500.6 of Specification of Rural roads 2014 and Technical specification clause 1504. (Data for 225.00 Sqm) 60MM thick Paver Block

Earthwork for foundations and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 Mt. and initial lift of 2 Mt. in sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam and ordinary soil including excavated earth. Septic Tank

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with M sand in layers of not more than 10cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc., complete as per standard specification.

Cement concrete 1:4:8(One cement four sand and eight broken Machine crushed stone jelly) using HBG Machine creased Machine crushed stone jelly of size 40mm gauge for founding and basement including de- watering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cms thick etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The rates inclusive of Centering , shuttering, strutting, propping,removal of form work if it is required and all leads ,lifts and curing etc..

Supplying and Erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting up to 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specification. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality of Country Bricks of size 8-3/4" x 4-1/4" x 2-3/4" for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm machine crushed 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all reinforced cement concrete works connected to this work excluding cenetering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement grills placed in position, but including laying, vibrating, curing and finishing, fixing fan clamps in the RCC floor and roof slab works wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of the wall at the sides and bottom of the slab, beams shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand ) and Kraft paper laid without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing & applying 12 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:5 (1 part of cement: 5 parts of sand) to walls internally and externally in single coat at all levels to correct line and level including chicken wire mesh at all joints of brick and concrete surfaces with minimum overlap of 150 mm in all directions, scaffolding, rounding off or champhering of corners, offsets, fin/ bands, projections, etc. and cleaning of surface, raking out joints, roughening of surface, chiseling the undulated surface wherever necessary and curing, etc., all materials and labour complete in all respects including all lead, lift and descent and as directed.

Supplying and fixing in position C.I.Manhole covers (heavy duty) mof various sizes of best approved quality and as per standard specificationsetc., complete.0.6X0.6M Size etc., complete.

Providing, machine mixing and laying on the P.C.C/ R.C.C. surface in approved panels of 25 mm thick granolithic flooring in cement concrete mix of 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Sand: 4 Aggregate 10 to 12 mm thick) well vibrated,compacted including 45 X 3 mm glass dividing strip, fixed to correct level and finished smooth and cured by keeping surfaces well-covered and protected against excess of an type. (The contractor to provide for preparation of surface by cleaning, hacking and exposing aggregate to achieve the best bond and any curling, lifting or beybonding noticed shall be rectified by the contractor at his cost).

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel/Ribbed tor steel rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors, complete complying with standard specfication.
