The Agency has to erect colourful Shamiyana of size 15 mtrs x 6 mtrs for musicians, cultural troupe.
The Agency has to erect 4 nos of Canopy stalls as per specifications at different places where Cruise ships are docked and at the Tourist Information Counter
Agency has to display 10 nos of standees to be displayed in front of the Shamiyana and 2 Nos. Display banner of Goa Tourism at the venue. I.e. one banner “Welcome to Goa” to be displayed on the Shamiyana and other “Tourist Information Counter” to be displayed on the canopy of the Tourist Information Counter.
Welcome Ceremony: The hostess to welcome / distribute the rose buds should be dressed in Goan traditional attire. The King Momo and Queen Mimi / Santa Claus, etc. can be used only as per the occasions. The passengers to be welcomed with traditional Goan welcome by offering rose buds. [approx. 450 nos. of rose buds] and Kokum Juice.
Cultural Programme – Cultural programme consisting of 15 artists with musician and sound system have to be organized / performed all along the terminal showcasing traditional Goan Art and Culture i.e. Ghode Modni, Goff, Jagor.
Hire of Costumes for cultural troupe.
The Agency has to arrange photographer and Videographer for coverage of each event
8. The Agency has to distribute 500 nos Goan Handicraft items / Souvenirs such as key chains and pen with Goa embedded / printed on it to the passengers (as per sample provided by Department of Tourism).
The Agency has to print and distribute Goa Tourism brochures / Goa Maps 500 nos to the passengers as per the artwork provided by GTDC (as per sample).
The Agency has to distribute 200 nos Caps with Goa Tourism Logo to the passengers (as per sample).
The Agency has to obtain required licences from the concerned Govt. Authorities and passes to Cultural troupe, EMA / Goa Tourism officials etc. from MPT.
The successful bidder shall prepare and submit a detailed event Report to the Department of Tourism along with the achievement, photo coverage, visitor details and video coverage of the event and brochures (hard and soft copy), kit bag, souvenir item, etc. Balance stock of souvenir items are to be handed over to Department of Tourism
