Clearing & grubbing shrub, jungles including uprooting stumps of trees and trees below 1.0 m. girth and thick bushes including bamboo clamps based on pre-measurement disposing the debris away from the work site with all leads, lifts and delifts with cost of all labour, hiring and running charges of all machineries, cess etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of B.T. surface including removal of binding materials and other foreign materials with wire brushes and small picks, sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and / or compressed air to receive bituminous as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil, including stony earth, gravel and moorum etc. interspread with boulders upto 1/2 cum size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site with all cost incidental to the work within an initial lead of 1.0 Km from the place of excavation etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing and laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates to 200 mm thickness with IRC grade - III materials as per table-401-I to WBM specification including spreading in uniform layers with moter grader on prepared surface mixing by mix place method with rotavater, rolling with VRR in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming using stone screened dust as binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates , watering and compacting to the required density at OMC as per clause 401 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & Bridge works (4th Revision) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, cess etc. including labours and hire charges of T&P materials required for the work, hire and running charges of machineries etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting to 150mm thickness graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the materials(as per table-400-II) with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th revision) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, cess including hire and running charges of machineries etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Quarrying, collecting, supplying and stacking of good quality of moorum and sand in regular box heap size of 1.50m X 1.50m X 0.50m to be measured as one cum and admixing moorum and sand in (70 : 30) proportion and laying in sub-base of road in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, cess including hire charges of T&P materials required for the work, watering and consolidation with P.R.R., hire and running charges of machineries etc.complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil by manual means including levelling and dressing the bed and depositing the excavated earth away from the working area with all leads, lifts, delifts, cost of labour, cess etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand by mechanical/manual means and laying in layers duly compacted, watering including cost, carriage, royalty with all leads, lifts, delifts, cess etc all complete as per drawing and specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete conforming to M-15 grade in approved surface using 40 mm size and down graded black hard granite (crusher broken) chips and sharp sand of approved grading from approved quarry for CC work conforming to specification, mixing by concrete mixture including hoisting and laying concrete in position, compacting with concrete vibrator with all leads, lifts, delifts for mix concrete, royalty of all materials, cess including dewatering, curing for specified days by suitable means with supervision charges including mobilization and demobilization with cost of construction and dismantling of gangway and scaffolding, chute with all materials, construction of coffer dam / approach road, diversion road, site illumination, hire and running charges of machineries, dewatering by suitable means required for the work as per approved drawing and specification complete with all cost as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete conforming to M-20 grade in approved surface using 20 mm size and down graded black hard granite (crusher broken) chips and sharp sand of approved grading from approved quarry for CC work conforming to specification, mixing by concrete mixture including hoisting and laying concrete in position, compacting with concrete vibrator with all leads, lifts, delifts for mix concrete, royalty of all materials, cess including dewatering, curing for specified days by suitable means with supervision charges including mobilization and demobilization with cost of construction and dismantling of gangway and scaffolding, chute with all materials, construction of coffer dam / approach road, diversion road, site illumination, hire and running charges of machineries, dewatering by suitable means required for the work as per approved drawing and specification complete with all cost as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rigid & smooth centring, shuttering for cement concrete works including false works and dismantling them after casting including proper curing with cost, carriage, cess etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of Weep Holes in Brick Masonry / Plain Concrete / RCC in abutment, wing wall and return wall etc. with 100 mm Dia AC pipes extending through full width of structure in slope of 1V:20H towards drawing face using cement mortar (1:3) with cost of all materials, curing, royalty, cess etc. all complete as per drawing and technical specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated earth by mechanical/manual means and laying in layers duly compacted, watering including cost, carriage, royalty with all leads, lifts, delifts, cess all complete as per drawing and specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in approved type of soil in borrow area by mechanical means and loading in to transportation vehicle and transportation of earth by mechanical means and unloading the earth over the approved surface of the embankment in proper profiles with all leads, lifts, delifts including rough dressing and breaking the clods in to 5 cm to 7 cm size including removal of all foreign materials, debrises, grass, bushes, vegetations, shrubs, roots from transported earth including laying in layers not exceeding 22.50 cm in depth including watering and compaction, cost of hire & running charges of all machineries, cost of fuel, lubricants, cost of labour, carriage, royalty, cess etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Quarrying, Collecting, supplying blasted hard granite stone boulder of 30 Cm size from the approved quarry with free from weather skin surface & other deleterious materials and providing of Rough Stone Dry Packing in apron & revetments to required profile in all heights & depths including filling the interstices with small stones, wedging and hammering with 5Kg. hammer, fixing wave breakers etc, all cost, conveyance, labour, T & P required for the work, royalty, cess, hire and running charges of machineries, all leads, lifts, delifts handling and re-handling charges, all incidental charges and all quality control testing charges as required for the work, haul roads etc. all complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge..
