M&L for Petty repairs MS chromium plated bracket holders for curtain rods 20mm dia and fixed with screws to pelmet boxes complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for Petty repairs double ledged aluminium door stopper with rubber base , 150mm long complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for jacking up in situ steel gates of size 5 mtr to 6.5 mtr wide and 7.00 mtr to 9.20 mtr high made up of GI sheet fixed over ISMC 250 & ISMB 250 sections weighing appx 3 MT taking out set of two cover plates , rails , wheels upto 600mm dia along with axle shaft for repair complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for taking out axle from wheel , taking out bearing remettaling & straining shaft making 2 Nos hearing sheets , washing tearings with kerosene oil applying greasing incl replacement of decayed/rusted ball bearing and rails as per site requirement and refixing bearing on shaft and assembling fixing rails wheel complete all as specified and directed. .

Taking down iron door shutters of blast pens rear door of any description, any size and refixing of shutters in same openings after carry out necessary repair including welding , two coats painting over one coat primer etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate should be all T&P required for repair incl fixing of door , screws etc complete to make good the shutter complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof, cleaning and stacking the serviceable tiles for reuse, offering credit for unserviceable tiles and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 250 Mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for demolition of mud in roof any thickness including plastering and leeping (Whether full thickness removed or only part thereof) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for roughing surfaces of roof after removal of mud phuska completely and applying cement slurry with 3.00 Kg /Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment over roof at any height consisting of evenly applied primer coat @ 0.30 Ltr/Sqm on surfaces, overlaps, joints etc and a layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick minimum weighing 3Kg/Sqm duly sealed at over laps joints with flame (completely by torch application) all as per manufacturer instruction over applying evenly a tack coat of in dustrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces and incl 15mm thick screed bed of CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by wt of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i)The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators duly approved by GE in writing. (ii) 5% amount of the total amount of water proofing treatment shall be retained as a guarantee (on account of any defect raised/noticed during a period of ten years) and shall be released after 10 years of completion of work. However contractor may deposit the FDR of same amount in favour of GE. If contractor fails to rectify the defect pointed out during this period , the defect shall be got rectified at contractor's risk and cost and the payment shall be made from the amount kept reserved or by encashing the FDR deposited by the contractor as guarantee. The contractor's quoted rates for this item shall deemed to be inclusive of this aspect.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid and bedded in cement mortar 1:6, 15mm thick and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% or crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per BOQ srl item No.129.00 here-in-above but except tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for granule textured homogenous wall finishing system consisting of two component system of dry granules (25 Kgs Pack) made of 92 % silica particles coated with fade resistant pigments , 100% arcylic polymer bondring agent (5 Kgs Pack with the applied thickness of the coating being between 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm to be applied on cured , smooth level plastered surface , as per manufacturer's direction , applied by approved applicator of the manufacturer as per direction / supervision of Engr-in-Charge. The above textured coating should confirm to surface spread of flame class of BS 476 part 7 : 1971 and pull off strength of the coating to meet JISA 6909 all as specified and as manufacturers specifications/ instruction . Make :- Bakelite Hylam Limeted or equivalent approved by GE

M&L for wire brushing and cleaning top surfaces of tiles , lime terracing or cement concrete incl flashing and junctions of parapet etc and surface painting with a layer of blown bitumen of any penetration applied hot @ 1.7 Kg/Sqm blinded with grit or pea size gravel @ 0.006 cum per sqm and lightlyt tampered, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of mild steel work or wrought iron of any description in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS work in tubular/ roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlins ,crane gantries,rails , stanchions and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam ,tee, channel, angle or flat section confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde-250 quality A) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel flat iron wind ties for for roof including secruing bolts, including necessary driling and similar works conformig to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.
