Hire Charges of P.V.C. water storage tank of approved quality with closed top with lid (Black) - Multilayer

1000 litre capacity (60 % of Schedule Rate): 2 Nos of 1000lt tank per Vehicle :

Supplying, fitting and fixing bib cock or stop cock. (ii) Polythene Bib Cock / Stop Cock with plastic inlet (EMCO / ATLAS or equivalent)

15 mm : {3 Nos. Bibcock per Vehicle}

Daily Wage of Operator for providing Drinking water at different Sites. Operator should be convenient with use of Mobile Phone to send photos and information to concern authority and should communicate with local PRI bodies to deliver water to the masses. Note:- 1. Contractor have to pay Rs. 487.00/head/day to the engaged driver. (As per Memo No.: PHE/1095/O-5/16(Pt.) dated 22/05/2025 of Deputy Secretary, Dept. of PHE Govt. of West Bengal.) 2. Considered Contractors profit @ 10% & Overhead charge @5%

Hiring, fitting and fixing PVC pipes of approved make of Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads,fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required,jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials. No separate payment will be made for accesories, specials. Payment for painting will be made seperately)

Hire Charges of Three Wheeler Motor Van with Driver, fuel and Lubricant etc. including all incidental charges for delivering of drinking water & fro travelling to various water scarcity area for the distance upto 30 km.

Any distance upto 5 Km Payment will be made based on actual number of trips

Above 5 Km up to 30 Km (Per Km) Payment will be made based on actual km run.

Add GST @ 18%

Add Labour Welfare Cess @ 1%
