Note:- (i) Engineer - in - Charge will keep the material after marking on its container, in safe custody and same will be issued to contractor as per site requirement. Entire quantity of Acrylic Emulsion paint and primer etc will be recorded in MB as NOT TO BE ABSTRACTED. Quantity of above said material shall be calculated based on manufacturer's instruction and contractor shall submit necessary documentary evidence to Engineer-In-Charge in support of consumption of material as per manufacturer instruction

(ii) The work is to be executed for buildings upto 8 Metre height above ground level.

Complete removal of existing treatment of walls/ceiling surfaces and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old surfaces.

M&L for preperation old decorated surfaces of walls, plastered or unplastered, roof etc by brooming down or steel wire brushes, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, efflorescent salts etc and applying One coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) in camouflage pattern(as approved by EIC) with silicon additives over old surfaces.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc including removal of debries to a distance exc 1.5 km but n. exc 2 km ,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces of walls or surface other than fair face of brick-work or on one side of lathing in cement mortar 1:4,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:4,complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.
