Erection

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydaulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or pits of any size, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed including all leads and lifts: in ordinary soil/earth mixed with boulders. 9mX1.2mX0.8m

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specific grade including the cost of centering and shuttering-All work upto plinth level: 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand).

12mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand).

Work of laying of 33KV XLPE Aluminium armoured cable 3X400 sqmm 2X125mtr. in the cable trench from 33KV feeder to 33 KV main bus-III including all material, labour and T&P complete work.

Civil work for making/construction of foundation for 33KV 3X400sqmm XLPE cable including excavation of foundation and grouting and providing and fixing structures for cable termination kit all work complete.

Fixing of 33 KV outdoor cable termination kit suitable for 3X400Sqmm including work of jointing the 33KV cable at both ends complete work.

Opening & dismantling of clamps/connectors of 33KV industrial feeder bus isolator to 33 KV main bus after opening of jumpers properly including all material, the labour and T&P complete work.

Jumphering of 33KV bus isolators to main bus-III and cable at 33KV industrial feeder including cutting, bending, shaping and connecting properly. Make proper connection of cable to bus isolators and main bus-III properly including all material, labour and T&P complete work.

Tightening of jumper of 33 KV bus bar in switch yard including work of replacement of damaged/brunt jumpers clamps and connectors (Material will be provided by deptt)

Tightening of all CTs/CVTs & PTs, isolators and circuit breakers clamps/connectors of 33 KV industrial bay in switch yard and replacement of damaged and brunt clamps/connectors and attending leakage (if any).
