OD126333/2022-2023:Supplying ,providing and laying woven Geo textiles fabric of type H2M5 (9000grams /sqm opening size 9x12 thickness 7.16mm with wide width tensile strength 19.8KN/m in machine direction , 18.8KN/m in cross machine direction and train at failure of 27.63 in machine direction and 21.06% in cross machine direction in warp direction right angle to the alignment of the road formation with suitable laps as directed by the departmental officers at site.

4.1.B.1:Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded material, spreading in uniform layers with a motor grader on a prepared surface, mixing by mix in-place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with a vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. Grading-V - For sub-base cum drainage layer - Mix in Place Method

4.12:Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

5.1.a:Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion ( SS) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 - 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

5.2.a:Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion( RS) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 - 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

5.3.2.a:Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 80-100 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with a bituminous binder (VG 30), transported to the site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level, and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction For Grading II - (19 mm nominal size)

55.24:Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 80-100 TPH hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (NRMB) @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hotmix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause NO. 507 complete in all respects (using 7% shredded plastic) Grading - II (13.2 mm nominal size)

OD126334/2022-2023:Providing 40mm chipping carpet over WMM surface with Deptl broken stone after thoroughly cleaning the base with wire brushes, brass brooms and applying a tack coat of bitumen 2.5kg/10m and spreading the hot pre-mix (formed of 0.32m3 of 18mm stone, 0.22m3 of 12mm broken stone and 22.08kg of bitumen/10m2) to template rolling to dense compact surface then spreading the seal coat ( comprising of hot pre-mix of 0.009m3 of 6mm broken stone and 8.64kg of bitumen /10m2 ) then rolling again to smooth finish including cost of bitumen, oil and fuels , hire charge for brass brooms, camber board roller hire charge and all other hire charges etc complete as per the direction of Deptl Officers at site. 12.4:Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.

12.8.B:Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications PCC Grade M20 (Without formwork)

The finished surface to be level, uniform, and free from streaks and holes.

8.15:Supplying and installation of delineator (Roadway indicators) posts 80- 100cm high above ground level, pained black, and white in 15 cm wide strips, fitted with min. 80 x 100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular retro reflectorized panels at the top with minimum visibility of 300m with provisions to prevent edge lifting and vandalisam, and conforming to clause 806 , IRC-79 and the drawings including fixing to ground (The deleniator shall be of approved type as per specification)

8.35:Providing and fixing reflective road studs (Raised Pavement Marker) of ' category A' made out of ASA/HIPS/ABS moulded body with shanks and conforming to ASTM D 4280, strong enough to support a load of more than 13.635 T when tested in accordance with ASTM D 4280, reflective panel confirming to ASTM D 788, and reflectivity conforming to clause 804.4. including installation, drilling, fixing with adhesive etc. with 2 years warranty for the road stud as well as for in field performance as per clause 804.7.3 Road Markers/Road Stud with Lense Reflector :-
