Painting two coats with approved weather seal paints of approved colour, shade on wall surface over a coat of wall primer including sand papering, polishing the surface, cost, conveyances, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with approved paint on Iron/wood work with Enamel paint including cost of all materials with taxes, all labour, scaffolding, sundries T&P etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge as per approved specification.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of Vitrified tiles (60cm x 60cm: colour) in dadoo in all floors over 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying , fitting and fixing of two track UPVC sliding window of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fitting and fixtures.including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying of M.S.Doors, M.S. Gate etc including cutting, fabricating, cost, conveyance of all materials etc.complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge .
