Outsourcing for manning & operation to chilled water type AC plant (3x50TR) capacity 2 units running at a time and 1 unit standby installed at Hanger No.10 AC plant manning and operation by providing one refrigerator mechanic per each shift, 3 shifts per day round the clock including Sundays and holidays, comprising of LT panel board, substation incoming and outgoing switch gear 315 KVA, 11KV, 3 phase, LT 433V, 315 KVA transformer and capacitor bank of 145 KVAR complete all as specified in Particular specifications and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Outsourcing for manning & operation to central type air cooled screw chilled water AC Plant of 3x120 TR capacity with two units running at a time and one unit standby installed at Brahmos Hanger for manning and operation by providing one refrigerator mechanic per each shift 3 shifts per day round the clock including Sundays and holidays all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for item No. 1.00 to 2.00 (i)The rate quoted is also deemed to be included the cost of one emergency light, first aid box, one electrical shock treatment board, plant operational schematic diagram, Dos & DONTs chart, uniform for operator of the plant individuals working in the above location

(ii) The duration of work shall be carried out continuously in three shifts consisting of eight hours per each shift including Sundays and holidays

(iii) The unit rate is deemed to be included for charging refrigerant gas, filling compressor oil, maintaining log books, record of repairs/ replacement of defective/ unserviceable consumables such as grease, cotton cloth & cotton waste, emery paper, soap precipitate, gland rope, Teflon tape & washers, minor adjustments, minor repairs to plant, cleaning/ up keeping of the plant and surrounding area of AC plant and weekly maintenance of checking/ servicing/ repairs of electrical panel boards/ electrical connection

(iv) Plant will be handed over to the contractor in good condition for maintenance and operation. The same shall be handed over to the Dept in good condition on completion of work as mentioned in Work Order No 01 upto and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

(v) Operator shall be ITI AC mech who is conversant of electrical & AC Refrigerant controls with defect rectification knowledge.

Outsourcing to Brahmos hanger diesel engine driven generating set of capacity 750 KVA, operating on 415 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, floor mounted water cooled type with all accessories including exhaust piping complete with silencer, including APFC Panel, LT panel board (Indoor) for manning and operation by providing one fitter general mechanic per each shift for both Brahmos DG Set & fire fighting pump house, 3 shifts per day round the clock including Sundays and holidays all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Make of Engine: Cummins Item continued as Item No. 3.10 to 3.50

(b) Fire fighting pump house: Working at a time including following pumps and equipments : (i) Jockey pump set consisting of induction motor (15 KW), 415 Volts, 2910 RPM, 3 phase, 50 Hz and pump type 08/50126 90 meter head

(ii) Main pump set consisting of Induction motor 55 KW, 415 Volts, 1468 RPM, 3 Phase, 50 Hz with DSN125/40 115 meter head 150 x 125 mm size with control panel consisting of 400 Amp. MCCB bus bar, MCCB 200 Amp,eter, Ammeter, CTs, MCB TPN 60 Amps & star Selta starter and indicating lamps. Manual/Auto operating Knobs - 02 Nos.

(iii) Diesel Engine driven cumin's100 KVA Engine Model N 149SF1 Etws BHP/RPM and pump type USM 125/40 150 MTRS head size, Automatic panel Make : KIRLOSKAR, consist of floor mounted water cooled with all accessories, including exhaust pipe with silencer batteries ( 2 Nos).

(iv) 11 KV HT VCB Breaker-02

(v)1000KVA Transformer 11KV/0.433 V out door type -01 No.

Outsourcing for manning & operation to diesel engine driven generating set 320 KVA, 415V, 3 phase, neutral, 50Hz, floor mounted, water cooled with all accessories including exhaust piping complete with sencer, batteries (two Nos) and battery charger with generating panel with engine make Cummins (Engine Sl No.25328307) and alternator make Stamford H444E1 alongwith LT panel transformer indoor type 11 KV, 3 phase, LT 433 Volts, 500 KVA complete with capacitor banks LT panel complete with incoming and outgoing ACB for 500 KVA transformer and 630 Amps changeover switch and maintaining daily log sheet for engine LT and HT panels located at Hanger No. 10 for manning and operation by providing one fitter general mechanic per each shift 3 shifts per day round the clock including Sundays and holidays as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

NOTE FOR ITEM NO. 3 & 4 :- (i) Wages paid by the contractor to the persons employed shall not be less than the minimum wages fixed by state/central Govt from time to time whichever is higher. The payment shall be made to the workers through a nationalised bank and the bank statement of fair wages as per minimum labour wages as mentioned above shall be submitted along with the RAR/FB for payments. (ii) The contractor shall be responsible for the GPF Gratuity etc. and insurance of all tradesman employed by him as per existing labour rules/Acts/Regulations. (v) Diesel will be issued under Sch 'B' free for filling

Supply and charging R 134A gas including checking for the leaks etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
