Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring complete of any type (batten / surface conduit) for light point, fan point, bell point socket point or power point complete with all fitting such as switches, sockets pendants, ceiling rose, round block etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully sub main wiring complete of any type (batten / surface conduit) complete and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fan / Exhaust fan carefully by (disconnecting electrical connections) of any make and size, dismantling blades washing of body and blades with proper detergent and applying one coat synthetic enamel paint, opening of fan motor and greasing & oiling of ball bearing and bushes respectively, reassembling the fan motor and testing complete including replacement of connection wire with 1 Sqmm size copper conductor cable PVC insulated & PVC sheathed, refixing the fan in same position all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing fitting and fixtures such as ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings etc all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing main switch boards/cut out boxes/MCB DBs / complete sealing the cable end and making good disturbed surface by walls etc.

Labour for Fixing only fitting and fixtures such as ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings etc which are retreived from the item no.4 all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for point wiring for one light / Fan point controlled by one, one way switch complete with 1.5 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed, fire retardant low smoke cable 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawn through and including PVC capping & casing not less than 25 mm wide, including all accessories like bend, tees, junction boxes etc. including 1.5 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed, fire retardant low smoke cable as a earth wire connected to common earth dolly, etc including PVC surface type terminal box of suitable size with PVC cover complete.

All as per item No.07 above but point wiring for one 5 Amps socket outlet on same board controlled by one-way switch.

Note: 2 Runs of main cable and one run earth wire with capping & casing will be measured as one unit for payment.

Material & Labour for sub main wiring with 2 run single core multistranded copper conductor cable, of size 4 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, fire retardant, low smoke (FRLS) drawn through and including PVC capping & casing not less than 25 mm wide with all necessary fitting and including one run single core multistranded copper conductor cable, of size 4 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, fire retardant low smoke as earth wire, fixed on wall / ceiling complete.

Note: 2 Runs of main cable and one run earth wire with capping & casing will be measured as one unit for payment.

Taking out LT underground cable from trenches etc, aluminium conductor of size 25/35 sqmm ,3.5 core all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing MCBs of any capacity including disconnecting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB’s single pole 6-32 Amps, 230 volts with ‘C’ curve, fixed in sheet metal board complete including connecting.

Supply and fix MCB’s single pole & neutral, 6 to 32 Amps, 230 volts with ‘C’ curve, fixed in sheet metal board complete including connecting.

Taking down existing exhaust fan of any size and make good surfaces complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :-Old u/s exhaust fan shall be deposited in MES store yard.

Supply and fix metal body exhaust fan 250 mm sweep, AC, 240 volts, metal body, fixed as per manufacturer instruction, connecting with and including 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed three core cable including finishing of existing hole as per fixing of 250 mm sweep exhaust fan complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make Havells/Bajaj/crompton or equivalent of Make mention in Appx B

Material and labour for replacement of earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground connected to galvanized earth wire of size 4 mm , watering pipe of 20 mm bore, galvanised iron, light grade, and 15 mm bore galvanised iron light grade for earth wire protection including all excavation earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and RCC 1:2:4, type B1 for precast chamber cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg / sqm), with charcoal, salt, funnel complete all as shown in the electrical plate No 3 of SSR part –I and testing on completion.

Note:- Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for earth wire with protection pipe up to 7.5 M length.

M & L in repair for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc, n exc 10 Sqm on plan area and getting out in soft / loose soil.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layer n.exc 25 cm thick using excavated soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sand filling in trenches for cable cushioning with clean dry fine sand, including gently punning around cable complete all a specified and directed. NOTE :- Punned thickness of sand will be measured and paid.

Taking out old PCC cable cover of any type / any size from trenches all as specified and directed.

Supplying & laying factory made unreinforced precast cable cover LV type 1 flat of size 250 x150 x 40 mm all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and lay in repair GI tubing light grade 40 mm bore with all necessary fittings laid in trenches, under road crossing, in floors or fixed to poles / DB for cable protection etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down street light fittings of any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED Street Light / building security light fitting 30 Watt, system efficiency not less than 100 lumen / Watt, IP65 protection, consisting of high / low voltage cut off, maintenance free isolated Electronic driver circuits, Low THD, PMMA grade high quality Transmittance lens, Epoxy powder coated Die Cast Aluminium housing with weather proof gasket for lamp & driver compartment, Heat resistance toughened glass fitted in cast aluminium housing with SS screws, fixed over &incluiding new bracket fabricated with 40 mm bore 1200 mm long,light grade GI pipe bend to shape ,fixed on wall with MS flat iron clamp &nut bolt etc & complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) for 100 mm thicknes.

M&L for demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling or stone slab laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar including demolition of cement mortar bedding or backing coat, including removal of debries to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 Km

M&L for Non skid, joint free (edge cut) coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectangular) polished area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete.

M&L for Non skid, joint free (edge cut) coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectangular) polished area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in floors etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete.

M&L for Granite stone slab 15 to 18 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in coloured cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with granite shade, laid over and including 15 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 complete.

M&L for digital printed ceramic tiles in vertical surface of size of each tile 300 x 450 mm /350x250 mm and 7 to 8 mm thick fixed to wall with 10 mm thick cement sand mortar in CM 1: 4 , set and joint in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the same complete all as specified and directed.

Supply fabricate & fix in position aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron of approved colour) three track window ( two shutters glazed & one shutters wire gauge) with frame, glazed with 4 mm thick tinted glass and, wire gauge with stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm including rubber bead joining cleat for fixing in position, concealed type lock for all three shutter, PVC roller etc all as specified below, including taking down old window complete all as specified and directed.
