Automated mechanized housekeeping services for IIT Delhi, Hauz Khas Campus as per the scope of work defined and as per the terms and conditions of the NIT at all leads and lifts by Sweeping, Mopping, Scrubbing, Buffing, Vacuum cleaning, Pressure washing etc. as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge for period of one year including:

Cleaning of structural glazing / facade by using high quality cleaning materials with the help of scaffolding / Jhoola / Spider etc. The building is covered with structural glazing which consist of combination of both side glass or aluminium composite panel. The chemical / cleaning materials should be of quality so that no damage / corrosion occurs to glass and aluminium composite panel. Further, utmost care is to be taken so that no scratch either in glass or Aluminium panel occurs. Structural glazing / facade area to be clean both side i.e., externally and internally by providing highly skilled manpower, cleaning materials, tools, chemicals, etc. along with all the required equipments, machinery, T&P etc. as per site requirement & all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Quoted rate should be inclusive of GST and all types of safety measures, equipment / apparatus & PPEs & all types of anchoring, hanging, scaffolding or any other similar types of equipment to execute the job). For payment purpose, only one side area will be measured.
