Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soils such as pick work , jumper work, pick work,pick jumper blasting work, blasting work in soft and hard rock conglomrate rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil including chiseling/wedging out of rocks (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing out of watering/dewatering upto any lift stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in layers when required into plinth sides of foundations consolidation each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge within any leads including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m(one point five metre), including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm (Twenty centimetre) depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m (fifty metre) Pipes, cables etc, not exceeding 80 mm dia (eighty millimeter diameter) in all kinds of soil.

Cutting in earth work all kinds of soils and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 m ( twenty metres) such as pick work , jumper work,blasting work in soft and hard rock conglomrate rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil including chiseling/wedging out of rocks (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing out of watering/dewatering upto any lift stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in layers when required into plinth sides of foundations consolidation each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge within any leads including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (one Cement : three coarse sand : six graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 ( M-Twenty five) grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. All works upto plinth level including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and placing in position 100 mm (hundred millimetre) hick factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers on drains of footpath of various sizes, of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8 mm (Eight millimetre) dia TMT bars of Fe 500 (five hundred) grade @ maximum 100mm (hundred millimetre) c/c on both ways , neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.6 mm (one point six millimetre) thick , 100 mm (hundred millimetre) wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat , reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 Nos. 12 mm (tweleve millimetre) dia bar for hooks etc including cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing railing for ramp or stair cases with ballusters of 19 mm x19 mm (Nineteen in to nineteen millimetre)& 12x 12 mm (twelve in to twelve millimetre) M.S soild square bars in combination with M.S flat of 40 x 6 mm (forty in to six millimetre) with required interval in horrizontal , top and middle of ballusters & average height of railing 0.85 (zero point eighty five metre) including painting of the same as per site requirement complete and as per drawing and instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 60 mm x 75mm (sixty millimetre into seventy five millimetre) hand rails in 1st class Indian teak wood straight length complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 19mm (Nineteen millimetre) thick water proof termite resistant ply wood of Uniply/ Greenply or Century Ply including shelves and shutters CUP BOARD / KITCHEN CABINETS.The back side of cup board/cabinet shall be 8mm (eight millimetre) thick MDF as per detail in drawing .All internal surface of Cup board shall be laminated with 1mm (one millimetre) mica of approved shade, including piano hinges and magnetic catcher with in all accessories etc. complete as per detailed drawing as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including all leads and lifts and carriage of material.

Providing and fixing 16 mm (sixteen millimetre) M.S. Fan clamps of standard shape and size in existing R.C.C. slab, including cutting chase, anchoring clamp to reinforcement bar, including cleaning, refilling, making good the chase with matching concrete, plastering and painting the exposed portion of the clamps complete with in all accessories etc. complete as per detailed drawing as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including all leads and lifts and carriage of material.
